Budget friendly hotel. BUT room cleanlines is not enough. I cannot recommend this hotel to foreigners. Because the front desk man was checking our passports more than 30 minunes and said he needs more time to inspect our passports. Later one man came to front desk and he saw all pages of our passports and stamps of the customs. Taking our photos even not asking. I really didn't understand why he was turning to see all page of our passports and documenting for some reason. So rude. I really didn't understand I am female traveler with my 13 years old son. That man was so rude and more than serious than customs inspection

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and quite big, the receptionists and the workers were really friendly and helpful, definitely recommend 😁.

This hotel was spotless & fairly quiet. The location was a bit further away from West Lake than I thought, but that wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back to Hangzhou, as it was very good value for 160 RMB/night.

The room is not big, but it is enough. The hotel service is very good. We went early and were able to check in early at 11 o'clock. I like to choose Haiyou Hotel. The room is also quiet. I think it is relatively quiet and no noise for a light sleeper like me

I stayed in two Hi Inn hotels in Hangzhou. This one has a larger room and newer facilities. The guy at the front desk was very nice and would occasionally send me some food. Next time I stay in a hotel in Hangzhou, I will choose this one~

I checked in on the evening of May 24, 25. The receptionist was very good and patiently answered my questions. The overall environment and sanitation were good, and I slept soundly. The chain quality is as good as always.

The hotel is not far from the subway station. It is also convenient to take a taxi. It costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi to West Lake. There are restaurants and fruit shops downstairs. It is quite convenient. The room is a bit small but very clean.

I think this hotel is cost-effective, but the hygiene is a bit average. There was a clump of hair in the bathroom and there were mosquitoes in the room. Otherwise it's pretty good.

The soundproofing is too poor! If you are in a room close to the road, you can hear people shouting and cars going back and forth on the road in the middle of the night, and you can also hear people talking in the corridor! And the bed is 1.2m, which is smaller than other hotels. Every time I stay in a king-size room, the bed is 1.8m, so I didn't pay attention to the size of the bed in the room. This time it was really small!
