Overall, it was pretty decent and quite clean. However, the front desk isn't on the ground floor; it's on the fourth, which made it a bit tricky to find. Also, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which was quite off-putting. The price was reasonable. Breakfast was just average, and definitely not worth 40 per person.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with such thoughtful service. The lovely lady at the front desk patiently helped me upgrade my room and even gave me great recommendations for local dining. The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and breathable. The smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control system were a huge plus, making everything super convenient! The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with freshly made wontons and warm, freshly baked bread whose aroma was simply intoxicating – I could barely tear myself away! And the night view was absolutely breathtaking! Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, made getting around the city incredibly convenient. At check-out, I was even given a lovely souvenir! The attention to detail throughout my stay was impeccable. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit this city!

I was traveling with friends this time. It's my second visit to Hangzhou, and I found this to be one of the better hotels I've stayed in. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient. Each floor has a glass door that requires key card access, which significantly enhances security. The floor security management is excellent; whenever a delivery person arrived, the security staff would escort them down. They also kindly delivered any items we needed directly to our room. The room was very spacious, and the dedicated sofa and small table were very practical. I would definitely choose to stay at Homeinns Premium again if I have the opportunity!
