Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again

Near to the train station. Family room is big enough for us 3 person. Also breakfast is included for the restaurant in level 1. Very convenient to take Didi to many tourist places.

I only took this accommodation because it was near the train station. Initially when I entered the room it seemed nice at first glance, but gradually I saw that it had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty, the bedside tables had supplies, not to mention the windows, you could see it in the fog, and when I entered the bathroom and saw what the ceiling looked like I was glad I only had one night. I had breakfast, but I had nothing to eat, when I found toast with butter, just then a cockroach appeared on our table, I left everything and left. Too bad because initially everything seemed fine. However, thank you for agreeing to let me stay a few minutes beyond check out time.

Beds were very comfortable and really good room layout but the bathroom is absolutely falling apart with chunks of plaster/paint falling from the ceiling at the shower area. View is nice depending which room you get. That aside, for the price and location I think it’s reasonable. Near enough to west lake and big malls with plenty of food options. I think the staff can only speak mandarin which wasn’t an issue for me

This hotel was a great deal for the price, and the hotel service was very friendly. Some of the facilities were a bit older, and I was disappointed by the lack of a laundry machine, which is typically available in other hotels at this price point that I have stayed in in China. The cleaning staff were excellent and you cannot beat the location right across the street from the subway.

Just next to Hangzhou Railway station and Metro 城站station. It's very convenience if you travel from airport by Metro or need to take train to other cities.

Good location but cleanliness definitely isn’t their priority or even on their list..

A nice hotel. Just next to metro station. Make my moving around Hangzhou with ease especially getting to West Lake areas. As I make use of their metro a lot which I find very convenient. Hotel staff is polite and friendly. If unsure with moving around they are most willing to assist. Hotel room is clean. Air is fresh with no smoking smell. Sufficient amenities in room. Worth the stay.
