One of the most wonderful place I stayed during trip at Hangzhou, the room is serene & spacious. Talking about location and it’s near to lot of scenic spot, You can find lots of Hangzhou famous foods & Michelin foods at he fang street, all are walkable distance. Suitable for family staying too.

CP value is very high. The hotel location is excellent and you can visit most of the attractions here easily. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very clean and modern, staff are extremely nice especially those 2 guys in the morning shift. Definitely come back!!

Vry convenient. Night market and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Room very clean and they have smart wc i the toilet. The only thing which they need to improve is to get a bell boy. Quite difficult to carry big luggage as the hotel located at a walking pedestrian road.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. The room is big and quiet, the location is great. The room interior design is very calming and there’s everything you need. The roof top terrace is also a great place to chill out at night, and there’s a few interesting bars within 3 min walk of the hotel to explore. I’ll definitely stay here again. One thing tho, the design of the shower and toilet is slightly awkward for non family and non couples. But that’s just a small issue compared to how good the others are.

Perfect for families. Strategic location to many attractions. Easy to get DiDi. Staff were helpful and attentive to our requests. The hotel even offers free hotel breakfast to us. The rooftop garden is a plus point. The hotel is located in nansongyujie where the cars can't be accessed. However, the car can be accessed to the back of the hotel. If you have many luggage like us, please use the backdoor to load the luggage.

I also enjoyed the facilities – everything was clean, modern, and well-kept. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Room was clean, spacious and so comfortable! Should have stayed more nights here! The street below are filled with stalls at night and it’s convenient located in the middle of it all. Toilet was very clean and spacious too! Toilet bowl is the modern type so they have bidet function which is so important for a Malaysian like myself who is used to having bidet. Great stay, staffs were also friendly and welcoming! Will stay here definitely when coming to Hangzhou again!
