The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

Traveling for a small holiday, staying at Kaiyuan Hotel, Kaiyuan is a newly opened quasi-five-star hotel in Shanghai, and the environment decoration is very good. A family traveling together chose the morning light at the foot of East Taihang Mountain, and it lived up to their expectations. The room was clean. The scenery is excellent, you can see the mountains when you open the window, and you can see the water when you lower your head. The staff are warm and welcoming.
