The service and location was good. Overall it was good for a few nights. The walls are quite thin so you can easily hear other rooms.

Not sonfar from the city, very clean but vert old pillows, blankets and battery charger places(that doesn't work)

We didn't have any issues with booking our flight, but unfortunately, the hotel experience was very disappointing. The assistant front desk manager who helped us when we arrived was quite rude. We ended up waiting in line for over two hours, with many other guests behind us. While waiting might not seem like a big deal, the assistant manager's unfriendly attitude made it feel much worse. It seemed like they didn’t know how to provide good customer service or communicate well. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

You have to make the beds by yourself and the charging at your bed did not work for me at least.

Everything were great....staff bed security location...friendliness of environment...lower floor to the kitchen need some cleaning ...

This place is over crowded due to bar and other things. But good place to say ar reasonable price and the location is also good.

2 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too. The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin. You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free. Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

Well, for the price I have expected so much more. Noizy, not the cleanest, and to be fair slightly scary building

In general, I can say it is a good hostel. I just didn't like that there were no lockers in the rooms. I didn't choose the breakfast because it was a bit expensive.

The receptionist was very nice and changed my room so I could feel safer as a solo female traveller. The bathroom was clean and the sheets were fresh The price was very reasonable and I've had a good night sleep there Definitely recommend for a short stay

The hostel was very close to the central station. The service is nice and the room was clean. Would recommend!

The location was really good close to main Hamburg railway station easy to navigate and worth the cost cleaning and amenities was unexpected at this price

Chape and not far from HBF and central city

There must of been a field trip or sporting competition in town because there were no less than 200 teenagers in this hostel! Haha, the room was fine, the bed was hard, the shower was hot, and the view (5th floor) was the other bunk bed rooms and some kind of meeting point for the pigeons. My window also faced the courtyard so it was loud outside my window well into the evening. All in all, it was a room that served its purpose, a place to lay my head.
