Very warm welcome from the front desk staff. Helpful. Room is standard for business trips, close to bus stops that connects easily to sbahn stations. Also reaches the fish market directly by bus in the morning.

Comfortable hotel near public transport to the centre of Hamburg. It is also close to restaurants. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds.

We had a lovely weekend at the NH Hotel Hamburg. We would recommend it to family and friends and would of course come back again.

This small European hotel is an unexpected surprise during the trip! From the moment you step into the antique lobby, you feel warmth and elegance. Although the room is not large, it is extremely exquisitely decorated, and you can catch a glimpse of the charming street view outside the window. The breakfast is rich and varied, and fresh bread and coffee make you full of energy. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and attentiveness of the staff. Every time we met, they greeted each other with a smile, making people feel at home. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city.

A very average business hotel. The lobby smells bad. It's probably because of the Hamburg exhibition. It's a very noisy hotel.
