Rooms are tidy and clean.  The staffs at restaurants are very good especially the grill serving our table.  She is from Taiwan and her name pronounce  “Q”? She is very detail and caring, very nice and pleasant. We stayed 2 nights, the dinner and breakfast menu are different and both are delicious!

One of the best, if not the best spot to stay for a night when we came down to Yumoto. The foods great, the onsen s sizeable compared to the ones I went before, and it’s a walkable distance away from the Main Street, if not directly adjacent. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here, and I would love to revisit again in my lifetime.

a bit far away from the JR train station, and need to climb a slope to get there. Not easy to access if you don't drive. Good lunch and breakfast, good service of the staff. Have bad smell on the floor of the Onsen, and hope this can be improved

Peaceful and clean

Both public bath and rooftop private bath are perfect. Nice and professional staff, tatami room is cozy, meals are fantastic. Extraordinary experience.

There is a shuttle bus from Hakone Yumoto Station to the hotel. You can book it at the bus information center. There is a Chinese service lady there, very enthusiastic! We took a taxi because we wanted to get to the hotel early, 300 Yen, and called a shuttle bus back to the hotel the next day, which was very convenient! The hotel was unexpectedly good, and we decisively upgraded the balcony room with private bath, which was so cozy! Breakfast and dinner are very appetizing, light but extremely delicious. Open your taste buds completely, savor carefully, and slowly savor the original taste of the food. Paired with a glass of apple beer, it's so comfortable. There is a private bath on the top floor. It is recommended to go if the weather is good. Hakone at night is light and the stars in the sky are blinking, and the body and mind are completely relaxed. The hotel staff are very professional, especially the restaurant service staff. After staying for two days, the same person was arranged to follow and provide services. I originally thought of going again during the cherry blossom season, but it seems that all the rooms with private baths are booked. A hotel worth a second visit!

I recently stayed at a spa hotel and had a really nice experience! The environment here is beautiful, surrounded by green mountains, making people feel very relaxed. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. The natural scenery outside the window is refreshing. The one night, two meals package was a great deal, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Dinner offered a rich buffet selection, especially the local fresh seafood and special dishes, which I feasted on. The breakfast offers a variety of healthy options, and the fruits and breads are fresh, making for a great start to the day. What impressed me most was the hotel's hot spring facilities. The water in the hot spring pool is soft. Soaking in it can make you feel all the fatigue in your body disappear instantly. It is especially suitable for relaxing your body and mind. The staff's service attitude is also very good, and they are always willing to provide help. Overall, the experience of this stay exceeded my expectations. Both the food and the hot springs were very satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel, it is an ideal choice for a vacation or a family gathering!

Clean Japanese-style rooms, nice onsen, fine dining for dinner and breakfast, free shuttle from Hakone-Yumoto Station to the hotel and back

A very Japanese-style hotel. It was the first time for me to sleep on high-end tatami, and it felt pretty good. The room felt a bit old, but it was very clean and tidy, with an old-fashioned feel. It's a great accommodation experience for tourists who don't come to Hakone often. The hotel is on a slope, so it's a bit tiring to walk from the station. There is a shuttle bus available. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly, and the experience was very good. The set meal breakfast is the highlight. Although it is vegetarian, it tastes pretty good. There is a lot of food, and my wife and children can't eat it, and I barely finished it. I will try their dinner next time I have a chance.

The hotel has a car to pick up at the station. Although the decoration is not new, it is kept clean. Hot and ice water are prepared in the room. They will help to lay the tatami for dinner. The breakfast and dinner are well presented but the taste is average. The only highlight of the dinner is that the beef is cooked well. The hot spring is not bad, there are indoor and outdoor, but the outdoor one is very small.

Reasonable prices, considerate service, private transportation, and first-class food quality

The room was spacious, the bed was soft, and the meals were plentiful and delicious. The bath was also spacious and comfortable, so it's a place I'd definitely like to stay at again. The staff were also very kind.

The environment is very good, and the hot springs are very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner are good, and the overall service is good. But one thing to complain about is that the kettle is too dirty, and it is full of yellow rust when you wipe it.
