Thanks for the super friendly and helpful service, perfectly English speaking. Studio well equipped, all you need to make you feel home. Supermarket 3 minutes walk away to get grocery or anything needed.Regret it was just one night stay, can recommend and will book again on next trip in this area. One alert: Apple maps showed wrong location but Google maps location is correct.

Stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend. The environment, room size, comfort, and facilities all offer excellent value for money. The only downside was the security outside the lobby—they often wouldn’t allow my family to use a motorbike to pick us up or help deliver our things. Even though the drop-off only takes about 10-20 seconds, the security would rush over to stop us immediately. Since most people in Haiphong use motorbikes, I don’t understand why the security is so strict. Have they considered that those arriving by motorbike could be hotel guests?

The best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day stay in Vietnam. The service staff was friendly, the apar**ent facilities were complete, and the location was excellent, close to a park, and there were a lot of people at night. There is a seafood restaurant 500 meters in front of the hotel, which is very good. You can eat as much as you want for 200 yuan.

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

1. Check-in is convenient, fast and friendly, and there is an underground parking lot; 2. The room environment is clean and the facilities are complete (there is a rooftop bar but it is not open, which does not affect the overall situation); 3. The location may not be very convenient, and there are government departments nearby, but there are markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a 15-minute walk. It is a 20-minute drive from the bus station, a 10-minute drive from the railway station, a 30-minute drive from Haiphong Cat Bi Airport, and a 120-minute drive from Hanoi Noi Bai Airport. 4. There is a religious unit next to it, and religious activities are held at 6 am and 6 pm, which will have some noise impact.

Due to changes in my itinerary, I temporarily arrived at Paul Chabot Hotel at about 10 a.m. the night before check-in (booking on March 15th) the next day (March 16). The front desk informed me that check-in would normally be at 2 p.m. But seeing that we had arrived, they arranged for us to check in early. The hotel is very clean and unique inside and outside. We originally booked a regular twin room for two nights, but after seeing that the environment was very elegant, we decided to stay in a room with a street view and a terrace for the second night. The room with terrace is very cost-effective, we like it very much😊 We would like to express our gratitude to the two staff at the front desk for their help in arranging our check-in and booking a taxi to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. They also arranged for us to take away breakfast to enjoy in the car. A very loving and considerate hotel😊
