"The room is very large and clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. Xixiu Beach is right outside. They even took the initiative to lend sand digging tools to the children! We stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The whole family was very satisfied. The breakfast was also very rich. It is close to the city center and Sunshine Beach. It is a compromise and the best location! I like this hotel so much and look forward to staying here next time I come to Hainan!"

"Went to Haikou for a meeting and stayed at Hongyan Hall near the venue. The room on the first floor was a bit dark at first. After communicating with the front desk, I was immediately arranged to a room on the 3rd floor. I was very satisfied. You can walk out of the basement of the hotel to the beach and wetland park. The temperature in Haikou is comfortable in this season. Breakfast includes freshly ground coffee, Hainan noodles, coconut rice, and fruits. Disposable bags and bath salts were prepared in the room. The only thing I thought was that the bathrobe was a bit old."

"Since I had an international flight in the early morning, I booked a hotel in Haikou. The plan was to take the baby to enjoy the hotel's facilities, such as the swimming pool, children's playground, and restaurant, but the flight was delayed and we did not arrive in Haikou until 8pm. The pick-up person was already waiting at the parking building and was very friendly. The hotel is located in a town 10 kilometers away from the airport. It takes 20 minutes to get to the airport and there is no traffic jam at night. But I have to say that the hotel is not in a bustling city, so there are no night entertainment facilities nearby, and there are almost no takeaways nearby. The restaurant was closed when we arrived at the hotel. The children said they were hungry and had nothing to eat, although they were given fruits. Fortunately, there is a small supermarket opposite the hotel, and I bought some instant noodles and bread. It is recommended that the hotel prepare some food. Because due to the distance, there will still be some groups of guests like us who arrive late and leave early, so it’s okay to prepare some instant noodles and quick-frozen dumplings. Otherwise, there is no takeout and there is no food in the hotel, which is a bit embarrassing. The hotel upgraded us to a family room. The room was clean, tidy and well decorated. The toilet kettle is quite smart. However, smart kettles may not be friendly to some people, like me. The water outlet is in the shape of a shower jet (I don't know if this is the only one). Fortunately, the temperature was not raised, otherwise it would have burned me. It is recommended that hotels consider this to avoid scalding guests in the future. I saw a cricket in the toilet, but it's not a big deal since there are bugs in the stuffy island room. If the requirement is to be bug-free, the hotel may need to use large doses of pesticides, which may not necessarily be healthy. The hair dryer is from Laifen. It is very useful. The hotel can cooperate with Laifen. I think many people will like it. Finally, the hotel staff paid me a return visit. I have already mentioned the previous two points. I would like to comment here to give other guests a reference and reminder."

"We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling! Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel."

My husband and children accompanied me there, thinking it was my first time in Haikou and I wanted to take the baby for a walk. My kid wanted to take a hot spring bath, so a local friend in Haikou recommended Mission Hills Resort. At first, I booked the Mission Hills Hotel for 998 with breakfast. When I opened ** and saw the live broadcast of the small garden enclosure, it showed that it was also in the Mission Hills Resort. I checked with the host and found out that it was next to the Mission Hills Hotel, in the same place. Home, shared breakfast and hot spring, 599 includes breakfast and hot spring. Since it was Christmas day, it showed that there was no room. I think it is very cost-effective, and we have never stayed in the enclosed house, so we booked it on Ctrip. It was 100 more expensive. 12 o'clock When we arrived at the hotel, the handsome man checked us in the day before yesterday. He specially arranged a room with a good location for us and led us to the room. He also introduced that this building was originally a spa place for Mission Hills guests and was later converted into guest rooms. The next day I wanted to take my kids out for some fun, but it was inconvenient to bring my luggage, so I asked the handsome guy at the front desk if I could delay check-out. The reply was that he could delay check-out until 2 p.m. It was already past 1 p.m. when we got back to the hotel, and we didn’t have enough time for a lunch break. Our flight was after 6pm, so I communicated with the beautiful woman at the front desk how much it would cost to delay the flight by 2 hours. After communicating with the manager, the beautiful woman replied that I could postpone our flight until 4pm for free, which was really heart-warming. The overall feeling of the hotel is very quiet, which I like very much. This trip to Haikou was very pleasant. It cured my dizziness problem that I had suffered for many years. The children also had a great time playing in the hotel."

"It was a wise decision to stay at Wyndham Garden Haikou Nanguo when I traveled to Haikou this time! As soon as I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the enthusiastic front desk staff, and the check-in procedure was efficient and considerate.
