This hotel is really good, with warm and thoughtful customer service. We accidentally lost something during breakfast, and the hotel immediately contacted us to find it back, which was very heartwarming. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, and thoughtful service.

Convenient transportation and parking. Just follow the navigation to the B2 floor of the underground parking lot of Jinlucheng. Follow the sign of Building 1 and you will see the obvious sign of the hotel elevator, which will take you directly to the lobby on the 11th floor. The hotel is very new and there is no odor. The non-smoking policy makes me like it even more. The room is clean and tidy, all kinds of facilities are complete, and the breakfast is delicious. The service staff are very polite, patient and attentive. The bedding is comfortable, especially the pillows. It is too comfortable for me who doesn't like very soft pillows. Many small details are in place, such as the slippers are super comfortable, more comfortable than those in various five-star hotels. I will board the ship to Xuwen Port when I return from Sanya in a few days, and I plan to stay for another two nights.

The service staff is very enthusiastic and helped me to upgrade the room. In addition, there are several fast food restaurants opposite the hotel, and there is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The hotel is convenient for taxis, the hardware is new and clean, and the mattress is supportive and I slept well. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is good. I will continue to choose to stay if I am on a business trip nearby next time.

Although the security guard was not under the hotel's control, the hotel The management staff immediately negotiated with the property management and gave me a satisfactory answer! Here, I would like to thank Director Sun Heng for handling it appropriately and also sending us breakfast. Although the breakfast dishes are small, they are made very carefully! Generally speaking, guests will not choose to stay again if they have an unpleasant experience. I saw that the hotel management did not shirk responsibility in handling this matter and made remedial measures quickly. This is an attitude that I really appreciate!
