The location is good. Very near to the takaosanguchi station. Besides that nothing special. No towel and toothbrush provided, so please remember to bring your own if you think to stay there

Very close to Takaosan, very clean and nice place. Next to two convenience store.

Although I arrived late, the hotel staff still allowed me for check in. Great. The staff also gave a detailed assistance for organizing my luggage

Takao. There are two convenience stores a minute walk from the hostel Service: Self-service, the hostel provides very detailed instructions

I arrived late, but if I asked in advance, they would show me how to check in by myself and show me to my room. The announcements were easy to understand, so I was able to stay without any problems. I would like to use them again.

Even though I told them in advance that I would be arriving late, they didn't accommodate my late arrival, so I arrived at the hotel at midnight and called the hotel and the person in charge, but they didn't answer the phone, and I looked for another hotel late at night, but there was nothing around me. Instead, I took a taxi, spent several thousand yen, and booked another hotel. I asked Trip.com to negotiate a refund with the hotel, but the hotel would not refund the money. There was no apology whatsoever and the response was inadequate, leaving me feeling dissatisfied. I will never go again!

I thought it was nice that each bed had a valuables box. The body soap provided was additive-free and safe to use. The female staff member taught me about Mt. Takao and I had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.
