Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE! We are loyal Marriott Titanium but this place should not be part of the Marriott Family. We stayed here one night before a cruise with a group of friends. I booked our room on points. We had only one charge at checkout which was a bar/restaurant charge of 57.09. We paid this charge on our credit card……Done. Now…….5 months later I have ANOTHER charge for $57.09. Have not set foot in Florida ( live in AZ) I have called “Patty” regularly ( supposedly does bookkeeping) Never available, never returned calls. This is FRAUD. Yes, Im pursuing this with my CC company but point is……what hotel randomly recharges a bill 5 months later? Of course they claim they have documentation according to my CC company. Still, have never heard from this hotel. I believe FRAUD is being committed. Consider yourselves warned!

Second time here.. first one was so not memorable my husband couldn’t remember we were here.. lol It was great then also! However… this time the exception is Allen.. the bartender.. he is amazing sooo friendly and wonderful at his job! Hotel clean and comfy. Rooms really nice. You really will joy your time. PLEASE TRY THE CHOCOLATE MARTINI!!!!

Only stayed for one night but the first thing we noticed was the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. And the hot breakfast buffet was delicious! Although there was no self-parking and we had to pay for valet, we'd happily stay here again should the occasion arise.

We chose this hotel because of the convenience between the airport and the cruise port. Check in was very smooth, staff was friendly and professional. Our room faced the parking lot, which was good, because some reviews said street view was noisy. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Because the hotel was sold out during our stay, staff advised to get to the buffet early if you wanted breakfast to avoid the crowd, and they were right. Because the airport is so close by, you will hear the planes. Free transportation from the airport to the hotel. There is a cost to use their transportation to the cruise ships. You pay at the hotel and book a departure time. It was a little chaotic, with folks standing with their luggage in the back parking lot waiting for shuttles, but I would use it again, because of how smooth the process was once we got to the port.

The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

Located off US-1 between Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, our hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and public beaches. There are several restaurants and antique shops along our street, plus nightlife and entertainment just 15 minutes away in downtown. Cool off in our pool and grab something to drink or eat in our all-day lounge. Our onsite restaurant is available for breakfast and dinner.

GGuest UserGraet location by the airport with a shuttle. Nice roomy rooms, which were clean. Delicious breakfast with many options. Sister hotels, one with a bar and sandwiches for eve, and the other with a coffee bar and goodies in the lobbies. The only thing negative was 1 elevator per building, but I still would choose this property again.

The managers, Albana and Ashley were great. They are the most charming people. Kelly is a good soul and is very charming also the young man Victor. It’s because of them I will come back. I will recommend this hotel in Israel. They all are lovely people, The whole staff! I go to many hotels but their attitude is special. Keep it up, well done to you all. I manage events in Israel as well and I will be sure to recommend you guys. Many thanks to all the staff at the hotel.

GGuest UserBooked two rooms here for a family 2 night pre-cruise stay. It started off well, with a fast pickup by their free airport shuttle to the hotel. However, that glow didn't last when I reached the front desk. The person working there was neither friendly nor helpful and took quite awhile for checking in at 9:00 pm when they weren't busy. One of the rooms was as expected for a typical Hyatt Place layout. The other room was at the end of the floor and was an odd-shaded L-configuration, that appeared to have less square footage than the other room, even though they were both the same price. However, the rooms were clean, if dated, as other reviews have noted. While the A/C is loud, it is certainly efficient, as several times I had to turn it down because the room was too cold. While there is a small fridge, there is no safe, unfortunately, which I always find troubling for any hotel property. The included breakfast, although basic, was still decent and appreciated at this price point. There is also a nice outdoor patio for eating. The pool is small, but at least they have one and some decent lounge chairs. I also found some other staff at the front desk who were more helpful the next day. I would consider staying here again if the need arises and the price is reasonable.

GGuest UserWhere do I start? My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary in the FL area. We started out at Embassy Suites in Deerfield for a couple of days, then drove up to the Keys to spend a day and stayed at the Fairfield in Marathon and both were excellent just amazing. But then we decided to end our celebration back toward Ft. Lauderdale at the Comfort Inn in Dania Beach so we could be close to the airport when we left. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. This was the first time that it was so bad that we had to check out early. The only good thing was the front desk employees. I actually feel sorry for what they have to put up with... I normally don't leave feedback but I could not let this go... Day one (The Door) - The first sign of what to come was the hotel key wouldn't work so after lugging luggage to our room my husband had to go back down and have them fix the key for door. My husband had to go down three times before they came up and had to reset the door with their little machine. What was ironic was the couple that checked in the same time we did was right next door to us and their key did not work either so they had to go back down and get their key fixed as well. Day One (The room) - The room smelled like mold and the air conditioner had a rattling noise to it if I could upload the video I took I would. The chair to the desk was horrible it was so beat up that I did not want to sit in it and the couch was stained. (See photos). This right here tells me that the management could care less about the upkeep of their rooms. As long as the lobby smells and looks good then they are fine. It takes nothing to replace that chair. Trust me I know I had to buy one for my home office when the pandemic started. Day two-three (the door again) - On Day two we had the same issue with the door again and the only thing the staff did was issue new keys and they had to reset the door with the little key machine I did ask for a new room and they stated that they were booked and could possibly do it after people check out and have the room cleaned. But as I was at the front desk getting my second set of keys another guest was there complaining about their room having bugs. By the time we returned it was late and I just wanted to lay down and get in the bed so I didn't press the issue. Day Three - was a repeat of Days one and two but this time when we returned to the hotel we were totally locked out and could not get in at all...Even after trying to reset it with the key machine they had to call the maintenance guy and he could not get in as well...We were locked out for about 30 minutes before we were able to get into our room. This time as we were going up and down on the elevator to see if each set of keys worked another hotel guest was trying to check out early because his room smelled like mold as well and he stated that they said all rooms smelled that way....This could be really bad for anyone that has re

GGuest UserAbsolutely not staying at this wreck of a hotel ever again! Tiesha (so) the front desk agent was a complete unprofessional! Yelled at us, became racist in a heartbeat, and when confronted with hotel issues called the police!! Even agitated other guests to cause more drama to the situation. She failed to have correct information about the hotel, refused to notify her manager or get management involved. Other issues like amenities were not as advertised. Hot water didn’t work. Rooms unkempt, and disgusting hallways. Overall experience of a well travelled and frequent hotel guest: absolute zero. Past reviews should be taken as truth as the staff and hotel quality are not even close to the Cambria marketing as the top Choice Hotels option. Choice oughta be ashamed of this hotel and is staff.

Checked in late in the evening due to late flight. The desk staff was welcoming and very informative. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. After a long day it was nice to have a nice hot shower and clean linens. Had a little bit of road noise but nothing I couldn’t sleep through. The breakfast area was very busy in the am. The food was good and plentiful. The coffee was great and enjoyed the flavored creamer. Late check out was permitted at noon. So another shower was enjoyed and hung out in the room watching tv till it was time to go. Would stay here again seeing how it’s close to the airport.

WweihuaVery clean hotel with eggs and meat for breakfast. It can be reached on foot from the beach. The surrounding area is very convenient, with 24-hour supermarkets and Wal-Marts. There is also a Hunan Chinese restaurant across the road. The meals are very affordable. There are spicy and non-spicy ones. The boss is very nice. Open until ten o'clock in the evening. Hotel parking is free. Recommend staying.

BBob LMy wife and I were going on a cruise and wanted to be sure we were on time for embarkation. So we booked 2 nights at the Red Carpet Inn so we would have a buffer against travel delays. Sure enough, we had weather related flight delays, so I called the Red Carpet Inn. Though hard to understand, the lady that answered the phone assured me that the first night would be cancelled. When we got there the next day, very tired from a redeye flight, I tried to register for the second night early to get some rest. ”NO CHECK-IN BEFORE 3PM!” was the emphatic reply. So we waited. Room was OK, and the shuttle worked out well. We made the embarkation just fine. When I got home, and looked at my credit card bill, they had charged me for the day that we WEREN'T allowed to check in til 3pm..... so I paid for a room they refused to allow me to use. When I wrote to them, they denied that the call and cancellation had been made, and refused to remove the charge. VERY FRUSTRATING.
