Amazing customer service from Christina allowing an early check in. Room clean and tidy and bottles of still/sparkling water in the fridge. Was slightly loud banging doors about 1-3am from late revellers but nothing too bad. Breakfast delicious- fresh homemade waffle and omelettes Drink prices very reasonable priced

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center. It is a good hotel for attending conferences and the price is affordable. I will book this hotel again for the next Birmingham exhibition. It is convenient for travel.

The toilet is not very sanitary and cannot get in water in the bathroom You have to use a floor mop to push the water back and it takes at least an hour to get the water. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I found two towels that were quite dirty, so I called them. I asked for two relatively clean towels, but after waiting for 40 minutes, no one changed them, so I took them myself. The staff who answered the phone should have forgotten. Maybe they forgot all the guests' problems while chatting!

Well located hotel, nice cozy room and great breakfast from 8:30am, every morning. Fast check in and check out. Easy walk from Birmingham New Street railway station and main centre.

Good location to central city and coach centre , very convenient, clean hotel Amenities are quite sufficiently provided Also at the entrance on the left side of Bull Ring Centre there’s a nice vegetable fruits n cheese marketplace ( Sunday not open)

Everything is nice with loads of services. One minor thing is that the bathroom is the old kind of separate taps but that doesn’t bother a lot.

The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. No complaints - the hotel is walkable from the New Street Station and the room itself is expected from the crowne plaza chain. Spacious room and generous 2 double beds as standard. Only very minor complaint is that the buffet breakfast could have had a bit more choice with the hot food.

I stayed here before and had a great stay but this time I noticed the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I cleaned the bath myself only to find the water wasn’t that hot. Everything else was great and my previous stay was perfect so not sure what happened this time

The staff's attention is discriminatory, for several nights 1 they did not put towels, another night they left us without shampoo and they added water to the hand soap, additionally they checked what was served for breakfast, they checked every day very carefully. We left very sad, we couldn't wait to run away from this hotel, we were very bored.
