The hotel room look aged and the bedsheet have too much room to improve. And overall the room doesn’t look like a 5star hotel. Breakfast is good enough.

the hotel is very well located. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Only drawback is the hotel is slightly old and some of the walls and the facilities show that

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

The price-performance ratio is not right at all, this hotel is extremely overpriced. The water in the pool is regularly extremely dirty because guests go into the pool in normal street clothes, among other things there are rarely any towels at the pool. It is almost impossible to sit outside because everything is covered in pigeon ****. The elevator is being serviced at peak times so *** has little chance of getting from the 12th floor to the ground floor. Not everything is available at the breakfast buffet, the pizza oven is usually broken. In my opinion this hotel is an absolute rip-off. In contrast to other countries such as Thailand/Bangkok, this hotel is definitely not recommended. As a Hilton member, this was my first and last visit here.

I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't many restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.

Amazing service in gym. Good and hygienic place… Aman said a good job in gym with workout and post workout… place is convenient for travel… it’s in the city centre… all the nearby places are easily accessible… what else to say…. Fantastic place for business and family trips… do visit the gym

Thanks to Sandeep Vajpayee and team. The staff is helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel works for me as it’s near my office. The rooms are clean and neat. Room service is prompt. The breakfast spread is huge which caters to all dietary needs.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to Khushi, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my visit. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Her exceptional service truly made my experience memorable. The hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member, and I hope her efforts are recognized. Had an amazing experience at DoubleTree by Hilton. From the warm welcome with their signature cookie to the excellent hospitality, everything was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The service was exceptional—staff members were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist Khushi was so kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Would highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Loved the hotel , the room there was even Amazon prime available on the TV , food was fine location is fine just outside the rapid metro BUT the air conditioning just didn’t work in my room I called maintenance and the said that it’s the way it is and they can’t make it cooler so this is the only thing that would make me think twice before booking again.

This is a fantastic hotel with amazing service. Thanks to Khushi, Irfan and everyone at the front desk. Nothing was too difficult. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visit Delhi.
