The hotel room look aged and the bedsheet have too much room to improve. And overall the room doesn’t look like a 5star hotel. Breakfast is good enough.

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

The price-performance ratio is not right at all, this hotel is extremely overpriced. The water in the pool is regularly extremely dirty because guests go into the pool in normal street clothes, among other things there are rarely any towels at the pool. It is almost impossible to sit outside because everything is covered in pigeon ****. The elevator is being serviced at peak times so *** has little chance of getting from the 12th floor to the ground floor. Not everything is available at the breakfast buffet, the pizza oven is usually broken. In my opinion this hotel is an absolute rip-off. In contrast to other countries such as Thailand/Bangkok, this hotel is definitely not recommended. As a Hilton member, this was my first and last visit here.

I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't many restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Gurgaon. The location and food is great. The icing on the cake was their manager Dheeraj. He was really approachable and proactive. He suggested good places to visit in Delhi. The room service was great and the reception team was welcoming. overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional – warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Special shoutout for Ms. Khushi from reception who went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel itself was stunning – clean, well-maintained, and filled with thoughtful details that made a real difference. We especially loved city view from the room, the delicious food, the relaxing ambiance... We truly had a memorable time and would not hesitate to return or recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to everyone who made our first visit so special....: )

At the hilton gurgaon, I met Khushi who was such a big support for me because I lost my phone I was freaking out and I went to the reception and ask them if I had left my phone there they said no after looking around. Khushi in guest relations came to me and said that she will help me find the phone she calmed me down and I gave my phone number and asked her to call that number then she made some other hotel people to find the phone and finally it's the Hilton car service had picked me up from my phone informed Khushi that we found a phone in the car , apparently I had left my phone in the hotel car. So thank the lord that I did get my phone it would have been a disaster if I had lost my phone. So now Khushi will be my friend for life....Thank you Khushi God Bless

The whole experience was amazing and excellent. Khushi and Pawan were very kind and down to earth, very helpful. The service standards are exemplary. The entire staff right from the front desk to the senior managers go out of their way to attend every guest request. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
