Very nice hotel. Convenient if you are travelling through the country or going to Legoland. Stuff was lovely and very friendly. Rooms are nice size and very clean. Overall very pleasant stay. Whenever we are again in the area we would definitely stay there again.

If you have not experienced what hospitability is not, you will learn about it here. Unwritten rules and a condescending staff make your stay a complete experience on how not to host guests. One simple example, the hotel does not have a dinner service, so we ordered delivery and picked a table close to the window to have dinner. A few minutes later, the receptionist comes and warns us that the table was set for breakfast the following day. No sign, no separator to inform guests, just a rude warning. And by the way, they do not turn on the lights in the remainder of the dining area, so a windowless table is a dark table. Next day, the coffee machine is turned on. No pricing information or no warning that it is for breakfast only. I have stayed in many hotels where coffee is complimentary. So I thought it was. I got the coffee, but the staff again warns me to say it is for breakfast only and tries to charge my room (we will see if they charge me, and how much). I observed that this happened a few times with other guests as well.

This hotel was good, nice location, nice receptionist and nice view… I went in the winter last year and I really had a good time. I hope I can be back again and stay here since I had a good experience and met people who was also traveling around Germany

Awful experience, there is a machine for checking in. There was an issue where the machine was asking for our surname and it would not find our reservation. There is an emergency telephone that nobody answers. Luckily after several tries, with and without accent, uppercase, lowercases, several unanswered calls to the emergency phone we ended entering our name instead and it finally worked. So never again, if you have a problem with the machine on check in do not expect anyone to either help or care at all. So your only chances are just to assume you paid for nothing and either sleep in your car or find another hotel. Disgusting service, dirty carpets (horrible if you have allergies). The awful "socket made" coffee for breakfast. I ended up here because of Legoland, but in case I come back I will pay attention to avoid this hotel

Neat hotel built literally in the middle of nowhere (looks like the farmland), which did not convince me due to poorly equipped rooms. Otherwise, the cleanliness of Hotel and Room was on a solid level, the staff is also solidly friendly. Average breakfast. Compared to all the surrounding hotels, this one offer absolutely nothing of a touch of nearby Legoland. Near the gas station, which causes many "suspicious" foreigners to stop in the hotel parking lot, which makes a family with children not feel the safest. GOOD: - Convenient overnight location for a trip to Legoland - Close to grocery stores - Good price compared to those hotels in the Legoland camp - Large room (everything else connected with rooms -＞ see below) - Free big parking! BAD: - Modestly furnished, outdated and impractical rooms (including broken inventory) - The hotel is built in the middle of nowhere so the walks with children in the evening could a bit scary - The proximity of the gas station offers many foreigners walking around the parking lot next to the hotel - I don't see anything in this Hotel to be as a "Family friendly". - In comparison with other Hotels and almost all Restaurants nearby, this Hotel does not provide any single feeling to being close to Legoland - Children bad was so hard that I thought that it is from wood - The possibility of "robotic check-in" (without a receptor) in late hours is for me disadvantage - During working hours making of check-in is uncomfortable. Smiling but a little ignorant receptionists gave us a tablet to make enter personal data and not helping at all (I would prefer "classic" personal style)

The rooms are bare, the beds much too low. And sag. Access road in the dark a disaster. In the room not even a cup to drink water. The carpeting very old. Mold in the shower room. Everything needs renovation. The breakfast was ok but was poorly replenished. Much was almost empty or lukewarm, there had been a large group before us.

Great location right next to the motorway exit; simple, large rooms, everything very clean. Very friendly staff. Good solid selection at breakfast. Free parking available. Very suitable for short stays. Possibility to eat right next door in the country inn.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to go to Legoland. The room was still not available at 10am, they made us leave our bags and change in the bathroom. The staff does not speak Italian. The room has carpet but overall it was very clean and I find this very important. Uncomfortable and detached beds, the child's bed was a folding chair bed, uncomfortable. There were only duvets to cover ourselves and so we slept badly, either hot or cold. Very basic breakfast, for those with allergies or intolerances it is almost impossible to have breakfast, we had lactose-free milk on request and it is cold from the fridge.

We were very happy with the hotel, it was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was an excellent buffet. The proximity to Legoland was what prompted us to book here. We'll do it again next time!

We were pleasantly surprised. It's nothing extraordinary, but everything was perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Like most of the guests, we were here for a short trip to Legoland. 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are clean and well-kept. Two beds and a pull-out couch for the children. The bathroom is no frills but spacious. Bath, large sink, hair dryer, lots of clean towels. Breakfast was delicious and everything you need is there, except for fresh fruit. During the day, the guest house opposite offers good home cooking, which can be recommended without hesitation. The only negative point overall was the garden, which was pretty littered (which... guests throw McDonalds garbage bags in the garden?). The next day, after cleaning up, there was still a lot of garbage hidden in the hedges. But we will definitely come back when we visit Legoland again.

Der Empfang war nicht unbedingt herzlich, die Mitarbeiter grüßen einen nicht, selbst wenn man zuerst grüßt, etwa beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist auch zu dritt ausreichend groß, der Dritte schläft auf einem Ausziehsessel, sehr hart, aber ok. Obwohl wir zu dritt waren, haben wir konsequent jeden Tag nur 2 große Handtücher bekommen, ich musste jeden Tag eins an der Rezeption abholen. Der Teppich hatte Flecken, das lässt sich vermutlich nicht so schnell beheben, ein Teppich mit langen Fasern ist nicht unbedingt praktisch in einem Hotel. Die Dusche wurde innen nicht ordentlich gereinigt (Innenseite der Türen an den Fugen ist gelb, Kalkflecken an den Armaturen). Das Frühstück und auch der Parkplatz ist extra zu zahlen, da ist bei Abreise noch ein ordentlicher Batzen dazu gekommen - da würde ich beim nächsten Mal genauer drauf achten. Man kann sein Auto auch nirgends anders abstellen als auf diesem Parkplatz. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, es ist zwar grundsätzlich alles da, aber die Qualität nicht großartig. Es gibt keinerlei frisches Obst, nur 3 Sorten Dosenfrüchte. Für die 3 Nächte war es OK, die Nähe zum Legoland ist super.
