Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

On the other hand, due to the endorsement of the French high-end boutique hotel brand, Zhenbo shows the French style in every detail and brings the delicacy and warmth of French culture to the mountains and rivers of Guizhou. It is 35 kilometers away from the city. Remember to rent a car. The hotel is built on the hillside and the environment is impeccable, but if you have stayed in Hainan, you will be a little confused. The layout and apartment type are basically the same, but the room design is quite reasonable. You can change your shoes when you enter the door and you won’t step on the interior. The entrance hall at the entrance of the lobby is the longest I have ever seen in a hotel, but as I walked, I felt like I was on vacation and relaxed inexplicably. There is still room for improvement in service. The waiters are a little dull, their clothes are a little loose, and they don’t button their clothes. There are many people wearing sneakers. The cotton slippers in the room are all small, and you need to communicate with the front desk to get them. There is still a lot of room for improvement in details. Overall, it is still a good choice.

The sanitation and facilities of the room are pretty good. The hotel is located in the city center, which is convenient for going out for dining and shopping. It was almost five o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived at the hotel. Yu Yu at the front desk received us very warmly, helped us arrange the room, and provided us with how to go to the attractions in Guiyang city and the transportation route to the pedestrian street. It felt warm.

Every time I travel, choosing a hotel is like opening a blind box. This time I was satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I didn't pay close attention when I booked and checked in on the first day, and I chose the wrong date. When I arrived at the hotel, the system showed that I had checked out. The front desk lady Cindy and the sales manager Kristal calmly and skillfully solved the problem. I was grateful for such thoughtful and considerate service, and I decisively decided to stay for two more days. Entering the room made me more certain of my choice. The facilities and views of the room were excellent, great!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.
