We had a very wonderful stay! Excellent location for walking and exploring Guiyang. Endless shops and restaurants nearby. The room was just as pictured and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

It was a very happy trip. The front desk service was very good and enthusiastic. They could help with basic small requests. The service in each department was very good and the breakfast was very rich. The location was also very convenient to various check-in points. They also upgraded us for free. I am happy to choose this place next time I come to Guiyang! !

The service from the front desk staff. On the day I checked in, my luggage's wheel fell off. I informed the front desk staff about the problem. After that, the hotel's technician came to fix the luggage. Contacting for travel information was also responded enthusiastically. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a location surrounded by restaurants. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. The room is good. On the day I checked out, it was raining. The front desk staff helped call a taxi and helped drag my luggage to the car. I took a photo of my name because he was the one who helped me since the day I checked in.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

Actually, this hotel and staffs are fantastic, shops, malls and foods at all directions next to it. The bed and sofa are so good in the room, they are like memory foam. The pillows are big n filling. The breakfast is local and Western, with enough varieties, the coffee machine made nice coffee/s. Everything else are new and modern design with nice displays of modern art pieces. The hotel even provide complimentary light supper at 9.00pm. We plan to stay 1 night, but extended to 3 nights. On checking out, we were given a gift goodies as well, so impressive. ❤️, We ll travel again to Guiyang for sightseeing to lot of places we could not make this time and surely will stay here. To find easily, look for Luckin Coffee shop if you can't see the signage in Mandarin. The access to Reception is floor 10th from the elevator inside the Luckin Coffee.

The front desk lady Xiaolan also helped me change the room. The new room has a good shape and I am quite satisfied with it. The hotel occupies few floors of the Hunter tower. It is next to sofitel and opposite Kempisky. Very nice room, with all necessary amenities. We got fruit every day. Breakfast served in the room. The staff is fantastic, very helpful, even if no one could speak English, we communicated with WeChat. The taxi left us to the street level, the staff came to help us with the luggage.

The toilet is a smart toilet. Not only does it come with disposable toilet covers, but it also feels warm every time you sit on it, which is just right for such cold weather, hahaha. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which is super useful! ! Washing and drying clothes is quite fast. Clothes can be washed in 48 minutes and dried in less than 3 hours.
