If I could give a review higher than 5/5, I would. Service is immaculate here, the butlers will help you arrange anything you need and plan your trip even. Amenities are plentiful and they will provide however many you wish to receive. We were well taken care of and would visit the city again just to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are exceptionally professional and nice. The lobby is well decorated and the breakfast is delicious. Our room was beautiful. The one complaint is that the location is a bit far from city center. Also the entrance is a bit hidden so ordering a DiDi or online delivery is not the most convenient. But we rarely ran into issues, it was just occasionally, navigation was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is not ideal so they try to make it up with service. However the service is not up to standard. Lulu offered transfer from hotel to railway station this morning but she forgot to book the car! They want to help in many aspects but in vain and caused inconvenience and disturbance to the guests

The service at the hotel is the best I have experienced so far anywhere in the world. The front desk and bartenders, servers like Judy, Elsa and Ivy constantly offered help, providing snacks, fruits and soup, afternoon tea and hands with luggages. and room services. The breakfast is ample with choices and cookers/servers go all the way beyond to help guests … keep up with good services and the hotel will win hearts of people and be rewarded.

The cocktails were mixed and sent to the room. They were quite average. The breakfast was a bit worse. There were too many semi-finished products, which is not appropriate for a hotel at this price. The beef noodles are better if they are freshly made. The red jackfruit is also good as a fruit. There are not many other things I want to eat. The service is not satisfactory. Many people use the same WeChat account, and many things were not done well in the early stage. However, the subsequent manager came to apologize and took over the subsequent docking, and the subsequent experience was much better. If you have time, you can make an appointment for a guided tour. It is a better experience than walking around on your own. Many of the paintings in the store are very beautiful and the overall design is very special.

The most heartwarming thing is the cards drawn by the staff themselves, as well as the night turndown service. Other hotels generally provide some desserts or fruits, but every night when I return to the hotel, I see fruit tea in a thermos, which is really healing! The temperature is just right. After staying for two days, the fruits and fruit teas are different every day. I am looking forward to what surprises will be waiting for us when we open the door of the hotel every day! The razor is of good quality (the wooden handle razor is similar to the one in Chengdu Boshe). The night bed service provides facial masks and diptyque lotion. The toiletries are all diptyque small bottles. The tea products provide the same tea products as Chengdu Boshe, JING.
