I particularly like the convenience and youthfulness of this hotel. If I need an office temporarily, there are computers and printers in the hotel lobby, and they are free. There is also a self-service bar in the hotel, which is very convenient for drinking coffee. Xiao Yang at the front desk is also very considerate and solves any problems in a timely manner. The staff members, Xiao Xu and Xiao Lin, were very considerate and responded to our needs in a timely manner throughout our stay. The hotel environment is excellent. As soon as you enter the lobby, the high-ceiling design and gorgeous chandeliers are very impressive. The interior is surrounded by green plants, and the air is fresh and natural, just like a forest oxygen bar in the city. The room is even more surprising, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly present the city view or garden view, and first-class lighting. The furniture is neatly arranged, the decoration is exquisite and attentive, and the quality is fully demonstrated in the details. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, clean and spotless. The hotel is shaded by green trees outside, isolated from the hustle and bustle, and quiet in the midst of noise. The public areas are spotlessly clean, and all kinds of facilities are placed in order. Staying here, both the body and mind can be relaxed and soothed. It is an ideal habitat and is worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is good, it is convenient for traveling and dining, and it is also close to the south gate of Guanshan Lake, which takes about ten minutes to walk there. The room is not very big but has everything you need. The TV can be projected by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone, and the coffee machine is capsule. What I like most is the tea bar in the lobby, which is more user-friendly. Finally, I want to give a thumbs up to the front desk kiwi, the service is considerate, and I took the train with my child after 3 o'clock, and helped me delay the check-out time to 2 o'clock, thank you!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

If I remember correctly, it should be the cheapest Anantara. I have been impressed by Phuket, Bangkok, and Hainan (now changed to Luhuitou) before. I chose this place without hesitation. It is 35 kilometers away from the city. Remember to rent a car. The hotel is built on the hillside and the environment is impeccable, but if you have stayed in Hainan, you will be a little confused. The layout and apartment type are basically the same, but the room design is quite reasonable. You can change your shoes when you enter the door and you won’t step on the interior. The entrance hall at the entrance of the lobby is the longest I have ever seen in a hotel, but as I walked, I felt like I was on vacation and relaxed inexplicably. There is still room for improvement in service. The waiters are a little dull, their clothes are a little loose, and they don’t button their clothes. There are many people wearing sneakers. This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.
