Upon checking in, a very welcome greetings from Jolin, the service counter staff. Great service and always get greetings every day when we are at the lobby. The hotel location is great and convenient. The room is cleaned. A great location to stay and enjoy our holidays. Nice breakfast and well recommended.

Great hotel in a wonderful and convenient location. Staff were particularly helpful and check in was super easy. In particular, Peng Min at the hotel front desk was very patient in answering all our questions about tour bookings and even helped us book a 4 start cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo for the next day. Thanks to the team at the hotel for making our stay and trip so easy and enjoyable.

Location is superb ! Walking street, Sun Moon pagoda, elephant trunk hill are all witjin walking distance. Hotel also provides self service laundry, detergent are all provided foc. Service staff even help to unload my laundry from wash to dry machine, and fold up my clothings and put in basket while i am asleep. Buffet breakfast is good ! Steongly recommended.

The room is very clean, the front desk lady is also very nice, the service attitude is very good, the air conditioning in the room is also very good, very clean, fully intelligent control, there is a terrace at the door of the room where you can see the Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and you can also have afternoon tea, and the cross street is next to it. In the evening, they also sent me desserts! The price and service are absolutely amazing! Very good. Have a nice trip

A very well managed & maintained hotel, spotlessly clean from corridor carpet, elevator, bathroom faucets polish etc Front desk staff are all service minded, polite & eager to help. Bed is comfy provided with one soft & one harder pillow Free self service laundry & dryer + detergent at multiple floors comes in handy Long sighted spectacles (with various degree) even provided at Front desk for the convenient of guests use. 10 minutes walk to nearby Elephant Rock & Sun Moon lake Breakfast spread is a notch above most local hotels (not international brands) Definitely a high value for money hotel to stay. Do not expect a good view from your room though due to hotel is at city center surrounded by similar height buildings

Perfect location for someone traveling by speed train! Less than 4 minutes walking from the North Station and you can litterally see the hotel from the station and vice versa. The rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable. Would be nice if some were kept non-smoking. I will never give 5/5 on cleanliness for a room that smells like smoke however clean it looks. The staff was very polite. It would be nice if the hotel gave some indications on how to get around (that would make a 5/5 on service), especially that when I asked about public transport to Longji the reception couldn't help me out. Overall, I would certainly stay here again when taking the train. I would recommend to TRIP to add a price-quality rating, this hotel definitely scores 5/5.

It was my first time to come to Guilin and I saw this hotel on Ctrip. It felt good when I came here. The hotel lobby is very grand, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the stay is very comfortable. And the location is also good, close to the free Elephant Trunk Mountain Scenic Area, more than 10 minutes' walk, there are many places to eat along the way, and there are also Guilin specialty stores. Nice stay experience.

A very satisfying experience. The hotel is in a moderate location, not far from any tourist attractions, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The facilities are very warm and considerate, and the service is warm and thoughtful. I originally booked two nights, but changed my itinerary temporarily, and I got a refund in less than two minutes.

The room is spacious and most importantly, it is less than two kilometers away from Guilin North Station, which makes it very convenient to rent a car at the North Station. The breakfast is also OK, but the hygiene of the restaurant tables needs to be improved, perhaps because there are too many guests staying in the hotel and the speed of the corresponding waiters is limited.

The location of the hotel is very convenient near the Wanda business district. It is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. There are many choices of food in the surrounding area. The supporting facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning is so-so.
