The decoration service, intelligent system, and service standard of five-star hotel are all very good at the price of three-star hotel. The room has all kinds of comfort details, including lighting, air supply, sound insulation, hot water, bedding, and hygiene. The breakfast tastes very good, and there are many imported washing machines, which are convenient for changing clothes when traveling. The service of the front desk brother is very good. He is very enthusiastic and patient to take me upstairs to see the room, and also recommends choosing a better floor room type. The hotel scenery is also good. You can see the Li River, and it takes three minutes to walk to the river. Thumbs up

The location is convenient, the hotel facilities are sufficient, clean and hygienic, the price is very affordable, and it is worth the money. The waiter is kind and friendly, and answered our questions patiently. I will consider staying at the All Seasons in the future.

The first impression was really nice. There were small tea sets, the leather sofas were clean, the front desk ladies were very welcoming, and the parking attendant was also very nice. You could leave your car in the parking lot after you left and go for a walk before returning to drive. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing at the entrance. There were three large double beds and one small double bed, and two extra daily necessities. The water was good, with unlimited refills of mineral water. It's also conveniently located near East-West Lane.

On the first day of check-in, they asked me to check the hygiene and clean up any areas that were not clean. There was a waiter there when I entered the room. The room on the second floor was right next to the kitchen. It was very noisy when the stove was cooking in the morning. Didn't the front desk know this when they checked us in? It's very noisy. The next night, I parked my car in front of the hotel. The person in charge of parking at the hotel told me directly to park underground, saying that it was not the hotel's. I was really confused. Whose car was parked upstairs? It was parked fine on the first day, but there was no sign where the underground was. The attitude was really bad. I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never seen such service. It is really bad.

The hotel also provides a complimentary airport shuttle service. Guest rooms are well-equipped with a smart TV, free WiFi, a mini-fridge, and a tea set. Bathrooms feature a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is stable. The comfortable bedding and perfectly firm mattress guarantee a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs. They are prompt in responding to guests' needs, whether it's assisting with taxi bookings or offering local travel advice. Although the breakfast variety isn't exceptionally extensive, it covers basic needs, including Chinese congee, noodles, eggs, fruit, and bread. The lobby features a simple, modern design with a primary palette of natural wood tones and white. Soft lighting creates a warm and comfortable ambiance. The hotel's quiet surroundings and well-maintained greenery add to its appeal.

This hotel is located within easy walking distance from Guilin Railway Station. The range of food options nearby is somewhat limited. However, the hotel is very well connected to local buses so this wasn'ttoo much of a problem. There is a safe pick-up and drop-off zone for DiDis and taxis. The front desk staff are pleasant and went out of their way to assist us despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the layout of the bathroom and toilet facilities afforded a high level of privacy.. Unfortunately, our shower was a bit leaky, which came as an unwelcome surprise late at night. However, the night staff sincerely apologised , promptly investgated, and immediately provided additional bathmats to help with clean-up. The 24-hour self-service laundry facilities are excellent. The hotel also kindly agreed to hold our luggage overnight after check-out, enabling us to take a leisurely and spectacular cruise down the Li River, and spend a night in Yangshou before returning to collect our luggage the following afternoon. Buffet breakfast options were extensive and tasty. We highly recommend this hotel.
