Perfect stay! There are beautiful mountains around the hotel and you can enjoy the view at the balcony. Just minor cons are that there is no restaurant or shop close to the hotel. And Guilin’s downtown is around 20min ride. But near the hotel there is a must see park. The view is fantastic and there is a convenience store and restaurant. Hotel provides free transfer there and back. The receptionists at the hotel are very welcoming. Many thanks to the woman who speaks English! She helped me a lot with my taobao orders! I can definitely recommend this hotel!

The location of this hotel makes you think you will not be able to see the town of beautiful Guilin. Surprisingly, the roof is well decorated and amazing views of the town. The breakfast is filling and for us very peaceful as we were the only ones that took it upstairs to eat. The room is spacious and although there is not much of a view from the room, as it’s too low to see the mountains. The staff provides a complimentary coffee as well as 24 hour tea available. Near the hotel there is a local market which is very interesting to visit!

Location is decent where it is walking distance from shopping areas and few hundred meters away from the train station. The hotel was clean and the staffs were very friendly and eager to help you out with any concerns about the traveling. I was traveling during december and my biggest concern was room heating, but the hotel room had AC that can heat room very very well.

This suite is very suitable for our parent-child travel. There is a small tatami room for the child to sleep, and there is no need to worry that he will fall off the bed. It is great! The service of the clerk is very good and very friendly. He will recommend local food to us! The location is excellent. As soon as you leave the inn, you will reach the scenic spot, which is very convenient for sightseeing.

A well kept and comfortable place along the river.  The place had a small laundry room, which was complimentary.  They offer a modest breakfast and operate a coffee bar.  A cute cat is resident in the lobby.  It is walking distance from a few local restaurants.  About a mile’s walk will put you close to several tourist attractions.  It is far enough away so there is little traffic or noise at night. The staff is most friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. No mosquitoes and AC was quiet and easily controlled.

The service of Xiaohuang at the front desk is very good, and the hotel environment is also OK. I came here on a business trip, and the price is very high

Everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a lively yet slightly quieter area, surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located at the midpoint between Jingjiang Princes’ Palace and the Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area, both about a 20-minute walk away. The front desk service was impeccable—polite, helpful, and attentive. They provide information about the surroundings and transportation via WeChat, which is especially convenient. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with a high-end feel. No detail was overlooked; for example, the bathroom floor was heated, and the provided tea was delightful. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

We were lucky to book this cost-effective B&B on our way back! The lady boss was super nice. When we checked in, we happened to see them having a barbecue. She warmly invited us to eat with her and even sent a delicious birthday cake to our room for the child. They proactively communicated with us and changed us to a quiet room with sufficient heating. They also introduced us to a restaurant that was delicious and affordable. They were very thoughtful! The bed in the room is very big, and the pillows seem to have been carefully selected, so I slept very comfortably at night. The hygiene is also quite good. Whether it is bed sheets, quilt covers or bath towels, you can see that they have been carefully cleaned and disinfected, so you can feel very safe staying here. This B&B that is run with such care deserves a big thumbs up from the proprietress. I will come again next time I have the chance!

The room is very clean, spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very tidy with dry and wet separation. The whole hotel is very comfortable, with fish in the front yard and cats in the backyard. It feels familiar and homely, and the children like it very much. The hotel owner is very welcoming, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and there is also a time-honored Guilin rice noodles near the hotel that are super delicious 😋. I said I wanted to buy green mango, and the owner recommended me to Huidong Market, which is cheap and good, and relatively close. In short, I am very satisfied and will patronize it again next time.

The homestay incorporates Guangxi local culture into every detail: the hand-dyed curtains reflect the swaying mountain shadows, the stone steps in the bathroom are paved with rubble picked up from the Li River, and even the toothbrush handles are carved into miniature Moon Mountain. I love the 270° viewing terrace on the top floor. On rainy days, I boil a pot of old tree black tea to watch the misty mountains and rivers, and on clear nights, I lie down and use an astronomical telescope to look for Orion. The housekeeper will also quietly leave a glutinous rice wine for the late-returning travelers. The most touching thing is the warmth of the service: I casually mentioned that I wanted to see an undeveloped wild waterfall, and the guy actually hand-painted a private hiking route; the side dishes of Guilin rice noodles for breakfast for three consecutive days were different every day, and on the day of leaving, I found that the suitcase was quietly pasted with a Zhuang embroidery sticker with the words ”safe and smooth”. The location is even more magical. It only takes 8 minutes to walk to Zhengyang Street to eat beer fish, but it is so quiet when turning into the alley that you can hear the rustling of bamboo leaves.
