Love this hotel so much. It's a Smart Hotel. You can ask questions for any info such as weather, play the music and songs, open/close the curtain, switch off/on the lights etcs.. Just call "小度小度”（Xiao Du Xiao Du) in Chinese.. hahaha Xiao Du only understand chinese!😄 Spacious room and clean. Very polite and friendly staffs ( Frontline and restaurant - breakfast). They allow you to take away coffee after you done your breakfast. You must try their dried guilin noodles! Recommended to stay this hotel ! It's walkable to Zheng Yang Pedestrian street ( 30 - 40 mins) , Sun Moon Pagodas and Elephant trunk mountain ( 30 - 40 mins), Xi Men market ( 30 mins)if you are prefer to walk. You need to explore in order to lead you "shortcut" route!

Excellent service. We arrived before 11am and they allowed us to check in. Room is spacious and has a homely feel. TV, lighting, curtains are voice controlled by the Smart Home system. Breakfast variety is good. There are eateries and shopping malls nearby. The High speed train station is 10 minutes drive away, by taxi it costs ¥9. Elephant trunk scenic area is 35 minutes walk away. This hotel is our favourite by far for this trip.

It was an exceptional experience staying in the SYYP hotel in Guilin. Breakfast was very nutritious and their travel department assisted me booking tickets for tour.

It has been a memorable stay for us. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the Twin Pagoda, the Elephant Hill, and Zhenyang Pedestrian St. Besides, they are many good restaurants around the vicinity. Our selected rooms are huge with minimal chic design. Friendly service staff. Loved the chat service via Wechat, where we could book our transport to and fro the Railway Station. There's complimentary dessert served to our room. On top of that, they even printed our favourite photos taken during our stay and have it framed for us for free!!! And the robot delivered to our room. We will miss talking to Shishi in the Wechat asking about our needs. This is a very interactive hotel where communications are done through their Wechat, and you get prompt services. Good breakfast varities and friendly service staff. Highly recommended to try the local Guilin dry noodle at breakfast. It is as good as those outside. We will miss staying in this hotel. Thanks you SYYF hotel!

We had a wonderful stay in SYYF Xiangshan Promise Hotel in Guilin. The view from the Skylight Bar was wonderful.Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a nice quality coffee.On top of that,the hotel staff were friendly,they helped with finding the top tourist locations by sharing the locations via wechat,checked on us if needed anything ,and even provided us 20 RMB prop when we shared that we were willing to visit that scenic spot.Overall it was a great experience staying in SYYF Promise Hotel.Highly recommend this hotel!💖

Good place to stay , value for money . All the amenities are good & there service is great . Staff is very helpful to find & share the details for visiting local attractions .

A great hotel, very modern, tech-supported room, spacious, warm and a big bed. The breakfast is superb with many choices, and decent coffee! Located very centrally and a short walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and fantastic night markets. There is also a few great reataurants, one served the best goose i've ever tried! Highly recommended, and we almosted stayed extra days just because its such a nice place to stay.

Lovely stay! Walking distance to all the great sights in Guilin. Hotel made recommendations for delicious noodles. The spa was lovely too!

A cosy hotel to begin my guilin trip. 管家are good and friendly. Love the variety of breakfast options and gd tast of the guilin meehoon. There is washer and dryer and 管家 will help to bring the clothes to your door if the waiting time is too long. 必住

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! We received cute keychains as gifts for my boys and they loved ut. So thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful experience.

I've never stayed at a hotel with such great service and amenities. The room that they upgraded me to was so huge that I could literally do slow jogs in it. Just look at the list of amenities that they provide upon request. During check out they also gave me a furry key chain to wish me good luck in everything. I will never ever stay at other hotels if I visit guilin again, only SYYF!

Absolutely fantastic hotel and service. I have nothing but positive things to say about SYYF. From the multiple tissue boxes in the room to the drying racks and an extra list of amenities like face mask and nail cutters, SYYF has to be the most functionally complete hotel. Had an amazing time there and the customer service and staff members are so friendly and efficient. Thanks for the good stay!
