Clean, free coffee at the cute shop downstairs, and great location. The staff members were incredible helpful.

The place is located near to the 3 main attractions of the city. It’s a bit hidden a spooky alley but it’s in general all ok. Two Coffees included per day!

Excellent service and advice in reception. All her tips made our trip more enjoyable and affordable. Enjoyed the coffee vouchers in the morning. The entrance to the hotel is not great, but once inside you feel you are in the right place. We went to Yangshuo and did a biking tour and also to the Longi Terraces. Absolutely worth Stayed 3 days and really enjoyed. Lots of nice places to eat near bye.

The lovely hosts upgraded our room to the bigger one and we got to enjoy a nice bath. Very clean, spacious room with big bathroom. On arrival we were given coupons for coffee in next door cafè. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The nice lady at the reception upgraded our room because we were placed in a smoking room by accident instead of a non-smoking one like we booked. The amenities were plentiful, with a coffee place next door, affordable refrigerated drinks The location is pretty good, about 5-10 min by scooter or taxi from the city center, and close to a great Guilin rice noodle place: Laodongjiang. The room was also nice and spacious, with a bath and nice little extras like soap, a shower cap, a comb, hairdryer, bottled water.

Great stay! It was easy to get around and get into the centre with the e-bikes close by. Room was super clean. Hosts were really helpful and really prompt to reply. Free coffee in the morning was lovely.

Our stay here was great! We got free coffee from the coffee shop next door each morning which we really loved. The room was clean and we got new towels every day. There is a washing machine on the roof to use but no dryer. The only problem was the WiFi - I needed to work on my laptop but the WiFi did not work. We had to use our mobile data instead.

The place was quite hard to find, as it was located down an alleyway. The room itself was very excellent, with a luxurious bathroom, and very comfortable beds. However, there was no wardrobe or storage space for belongings. There was no food at the hotel, although there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the dog was lovely. The free coffee voucher was really good too. Would definitely recommend.

The best stay in Guilin!!! Pleaseeee book here! There’s also cafe downstairs where you will be i coupun to redeem a coffee. It taste so good. The room we got is upgraded to a better room with bathtub! The staff here is so polite and kind. They talk through translator for room instructions etc. We are muslim travellers and have no problem in here.

Very nice hotel, with a lot of personality which is great from time to time. The owner/receptionist was very helpful and kind, even if we made a last minute request. She managed to help us out!

Amazing stay. Quiet location and great room. Although the staff doesn’t speak English, they’re super nice and translating apps always helps. I recommend 100%!

This room was so perfect to relax away from the busy streets but still enjoying the natural wonders. The room layout is really well thought out, tastefully decorated and very clean! The staff were really helpful with any questions (very quick on WeChat), and the cafe next door is a wonderful partnership. It is tuck away off the Main Street and exactly on the river which is a little retreat. The street also has many eateries, convenience store, massage and bakery. Highly recommended

Beautiful guesthouse. We enjoyed our stay there. Nice furnishing, really helpful staff. Love the high quality coffee from the Café downstairs where you get a coffee voucher each day nice.view from the window. Only thing is that the street noises from the road are there - so sleeping with open windows not recommended. To get to downtown you need to take a taxi or wall 15-20min. Restaurants options are just in front of the guesthouse.
