小廖和小阳服务态度很好！ Me and my missus had a lovely time at this hotel and the service was great by the hostess and the staff, such as the person and her name above. Very close and convenient to nearby amenities, will definitely come back. Thanks again to a great time and hotel.

Hotel is in the middle of busy streets which is convenient. The front desk staff, 小李 was very attentive and friendly in helping us out.

We had a great time here. The hotel staff was very friendly with our baby, the kids playing area was well equipped. We booked this hotel twice.

Quiet and good location to the night market area. Easy check in. Close by a convenient store. Taxi can stop right in front of the hotel.

The room was clean en specious. But the view whoch wason the picture was not there. There is free selfservice laundry which was very convenient. The front desk was very helpfull. Xiao yang did her best to help. The wechat contact was also very nice. Ontlly when booking trips via frontdesk the wise card could not be accepted.

Wonderful short stay in Guilin. You can also arrange trips and cruises on the Li River at the front desk. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast has few western options, but it is to be expected. I really appreciated that they opened the breakfast a bit earlier and allowed us to have more time since we left for a cruise at 7:25
