1. The common areas were unbelievably hot! The corridors and elevator areas completely lacked air conditioning, feeling like a sauna in the peak of summer. Just walking through them left me drenched in sweat – basic comfort was utterly non-existent. 2. Breakfast was dismal! The selection was pitifully small, with a severe lack of hot dishes, fruits, and bread options. You could survey the entire spread in under 10 minutes. There was absolutely no quality; it was merely food to fill your stomach. 3. The laundry facilities were appalling! The washing machine was old, rundown, incredibly noisy, and vibrated violently. The most outrageous part was the dryer, which was completely dysfunctional! After a full 90-minute cycle, my clothes were still damp – it was a total waste of money and time, achieving absolutely nothing. These dilapidated machines were even worse than those found in budget hotels like Hanting! In summary: For a supposedly star-rated hotel, what you get are stifling public areas, a pathetic breakfast, and laundry equipment inferior to even economy accommodations! Hilton's brand value is completely undermined here. Fundamental services are critically deficient! Guests who require laundry services or are sensitive to heat should absolutely steer clear of this place – it’s simply a waste of money. I strongly advise against staying here until the hotel thoroughly addresses the air conditioning issues, upgrades its laundry equipment, and significantly improves its breakfast offerings! P.S. This review is solely focused on the hotel's infrastructure and facilities, *not* the staff. The front desk personnel, for example, were very pleasant and helpful! This is, without a doubt, the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. 😂

Location: A bit far from main city attractions (Taxi: 25-35RMB one way). However there is a bus station very close. Takes around 1.5hr to reach city center. Room: Very spacious and elegant. Nice view to the main road outside. Had all the amenities. Had a working table and sofa. Room fridge was available which is usually not the case for such budget room hotels. Service: Okayish. Freindly and accomodating staff. Breakfast: Nice buffet. Great seating and taste. Lots of options both western & chinese. Others: Hotel has a travel agent sitting close to the reception to help book trips. That lady is not freindly to foreigners. Overall: Nice experience. Highly Recommended.
