Atour Hotels in Guilin

A fantastic experience. I was getting overwhelmed searching for hotels, but this one stood out as conveniently located and seemed to meet a familiar standard, so I hesitantly made the booking. To my surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations! The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the place was spotlessly clean. Even though it's located on a pedestrian street, it was surprisingly quiet. The small outdoor balcony was a fantastic bonus, effectively extending the room's living space. It's a pretty good choice, especially for first-time visitors to the city, as its prime location means you can easily walk to all the main attractions within a day's itinerary. For early risers, a leisurely stroll along Binjiang Road, followed by a coffee, is the perfect way to kick off a wonderful holiday.

This was my first time staying at an Atour hotel, and I was quite impressed, especially with the room's cleanliness. The housekeeping staff even tidied up our pajamas for us, which was a lovely touch. The front desk service was also excellent, with every staff member greeting us warmly. Both the hotel's breakfast and the late-night congee were quite delicious. They also offered complimentary ice cream in the lobby, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel's location is very convenient for dining and getting around. The 'Chun Ji' restaurant is just across the street, and there's also a Northeastern dumpling shop nearby with exceptionally tasty dumplings. Right downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and a local specialty store.

Great location, spacious room! - Location's great, about 10 minutes walk to the Guilin High Speed Rail North Station ( 桂林北站). It's next to many souvenir shopping and dining outlets. - Room is spacious, clean and complete with standard amenities including 2 free flavoured bottled drinks inside the refrigerator. - There's simple supper starting from 9pm. We bought two buffet breakfast vouchers earlier but were unable to use them fully as our Guilin/Yangshuo tour started at 6.45am. However, we managed to get the front office staff to pack for us simple dry food like egg, bread, banana, yogurt and water to be eaten on the tour bus. - We disliked the tobacco smell at the public reception area especially the ground floor toilets. - Had wifi and tv connectivity problems. TV images distorted sometimes.

很少評價，但這次入住不管是房間還是前台服務都十分滿意，手動點贊。賓館大廳有吧枱，可以自助茶飲等，房間空間很大，冷氣很足，衞生間乾濕分離合理，還有自助洗衣烘衣。最後説一下賓館位置，最開始猶豫要不要定離景區更近的酒店，事實證明這個亞朵位置剛好，離人多的商業街有一小段距離，價格少一截，一點不吵，出門打車方便，每天白天出去玩了以後，回來癱一會兒，隔壁就是小吃街還能再逛一波街。

Good choice, breakfast is served until 10:30 and there are still many food choices. The front desk staff were very attentive and enthusiastic, especially two staff members, Jiang Hao and Yi Yue, who helped us solve our problems promptly and enthusiastically. Will consider continuing to choose this hotel.
