Atour Hotels in Guilin

The hotel location and the city was a pleasant surprise. The area is bustling with activity and things to see. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and I noticed small details which were being addressed. The staff were helpful logging me into the internet because I didn’t have a local number. I would suggest giving your foreign guests printed information in English/other upon arrival so that important orientation details are not overlooked.

Great location, spacious room! - Location's great, about 10 minutes walk to the Guilin High Speed Rail North Station ( 桂林北站). It's next to many souvenir shopping and dining outlets. - Room is spacious, clean and complete with standard amenities including 2 free flavoured bottled drinks inside the refrigerator. - There's simple supper starting from 9pm. We bought two buffet breakfast vouchers earlier but were unable to use them fully as our Guilin/Yangshuo tour started at 6.45am. However, we managed to get the front office staff to pack for us simple dry food like egg, bread, banana, yogurt and water to be eaten on the tour bus. - We disliked the tobacco smell at the public reception area especially the ground floor toilets. - Had wifi and tv connectivity problems. TV images distorted sometimes.

When traveling, I will choose Atour Hotel. This hotel has a superior geographical location and is convenient for travel. Elephant Trunk Hill, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, East-West Lane, and Pedestrian Street are all within walking distance. The service is very good. They took the initiative to help with the luggage. I checked in at the hotel front desk. A cup of warm water made me feel warm. The environment is clean and sanitary, the service is considerate, the bedding is very comfortable, and I especially praise the gym and laundry room. There is a reminder of the use of the washing machine on the TV screen in the room. After a day of sightseeing, I returned to the hotel and read a book in the lobby book bar. If I was hungry, there was late-night porridge. The front desk lady Puff is very enthusiastic❤️👍

The hotel is very clean and tidy, very good and affordable. I will come back to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family. The girl at the front desk is very nice and friendly, and she takes everything into consideration for the travelers.

Atour has always been my first choice for traveling. It is clean, warm, comfortable, and has a double bed room, which is very convenient for bringing children! Today, thanks to Yunfei and Xiao Qiqian, they helped me who lost things. The laundry staff was also very enthusiastic. He told me to take a rest and he would watch the clothes. He also told me his work process many times, so I can rest assured. Thanks again
