"We stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom. I went to the reception twice and told them. But the water heater was broken. The bed was very comfortable. The cafeteria upstairs is very convenient and they do a great job. The food was great."

"A huge plus of these apartments is the location, 5-7 minutes to Surin beach at a slow pace, next to a cheap Audi cafe with European and Thai cuisine and a Tops minimarket. On the downside, it's time to renovate; the furniture and plumbing are already outdated. Overall we are pleased with these apartments, we stayed for three days."

The room was great, very close to the beach. There is a very busy street with many horse races nearby. The hotel environment is very good! The swimming pool is maintained every morning. The hotel facilities are also complete, with microwave ovens, electric irons, coffee machines, refrigerators and even ovens. Toiletries are also provided. There is no additional charge except for the electricity fee of 7 baht/kWh. We stayed for two days and the electricity fee was 175 baht, which is equivalent to more than 30 yuan. The store owner is very good. Check-in is smooth. Check-out electricity bill is settled and leave. There is no arguing and entanglement and it is very polite. I was worried before going, but nothing happened. I was really happy on this trip! Recommended, it is very cost-effective to stay in a villa when there are many people traveling, and I had a lot of fun with friends.

"This is not the first time staying here but was unfortunately not the best experience overall. Our villa had a problem with the toilet flush in one bedroom and smell of **** and/or sewage in the other bathroom. On the only full day that we were in the villa, we had non-stop interruptions to our relaxing with 5 different visits to the villa for maintenance of some sort."

"Nice, small hotel. Linen, towels are always perfectly clean and bleached, high-quality cleaning every day. The staff is very polite, good-natured, always ready to help, if necessary. Delicious breakfasts, they can cook something special to order at your request. There are problems with soundproofing, but considering that the hotel is in a very quiet area, it is not critical. Quite a distance from the beach, but in this case the hotel has a really cool perk - a shuttle up to 3 km free of charge, both to the beaches - Surin, Bang Tao, and to the night market, shops)) Nearby, practically in the neighbors, there is a local halal cafe with very tasty dishes and quite democratic prices. Definitely, I recommend it."

"First of all, the design style of the hotel is very good. At the beginning, it was also fancy. It is located in bangtao. There are a lot of 7-11 on the main road. There are also good shops nearby. There are a lot of beautiful green plants, which can be reached in about five minutes by motorcycle, and a little further away is Burger King or something, which is very convenient; the hotel also has good kitchen utensils and everything is ready to cook, I asked Cannot be grilled; Then it ’s not good. Strictly speaking, it ca n’t be called a hotel, because there is no service at all, no housekeeper, no one cleans every day, the sky should not be heard, and the water is not delivered every day. "The location is in a quiet area, but there is not much choice of food around, there are local shops with everything you need. Restaurant near the hotel with seafood on the farm 👍👍 There is also a pier with boats nearby, we did not use it because the prices are too high. The houses themselves are new, small, but for two it is fine."

GGuest UserThe hotel room itself was gorgeous, semi-comfortable bed, the room was cleaned each day and restocked water and toiletries. The location is pretty good as it is next to Central and also a day/evening market with a 7/11 at the end of the road. My biggest problem was safety. It doesn’t have a road front lobby so you have to go through a little ally then up some stairs to get to the rooms. The door to the stairs is open 24/7 with no lock so literally anyone could get up into the hotel. The rooms only had a simple handle push button lock and didn’t have any other safety system. The lack of security and not having any reception staff on except when they are expecting guests to arrive/ leave meant the hotel feels very unsafe. As a solo traveller, that is my primary concern. There was a safety issue at one point with a guest being disruptive in the halls, it took about an hour for this to be sorted by a member of staff as I actually had to contact the owner of the hotel who then had to get some staff to the hotel to sort the problem. So even though it is a nice hotel, it wasn’t worth being worried about my safety.

EEmreThis is a guesthouse with private rooms, not a hotel. The rooms are located upstairs; there is no elevator, which is understandable given the age of the building. However, the prices are not correspondingly low. Each room includes two glass water bottles, a kettle, and a refrigerator and TV. The rooms are quite small, and it's easy to trip over the bed or TV stand. Care Of Your Feet and fingers. (: For Luggge have enough space. Mostly Clean Buildings. Like a Family House. While it's conveniently located near larger hotels, its pricing is more expensive. The owner is very welcoming and kind. However, a review of the pricing policy and some rules is needed. The ”no shoes” rule is inconvenient, especially after a long journey, as the stairs can be difficult to navigate. The lack of a hairdryer and shampoo, as well as the need for cleaner bedsheets, are also noteworthy. For 950 THB, the accommodation may not be worth the cost.

EEkaterina.TI really like that hostel and booked it for the second time. The place is the best, everything is really near. I lived in the room for 6. Beds are private, clean and comfortable I have to notice: due to the air con timetable it may be really hot inside the room from 10 to 16, like 30+ degrees. Actually I'm ok with it, but for someone it can be difficult The shower is good, there is hot water, it's clean and I haven't seen any insects at all. One bed is really near the toilet, but I had a different one I also liked the kitchen, common balcony and pool zone. Noone actually uses it, but it's lovely to sit near I only have one complain: phone is not working, I couldn't contact reception. Once I forgot my key (my bad, but) and had to wait 5 hours outside until someone comes. I think someone should be available on the phone for emergencies. I checked if the phone available the next day, but it wasn't In general I love the place and would stay longer

AAnonymous UserGood location, but the room lacks soundproofing. The balcony is not private, and at night, people were sitting outside drinking and playing music. When we stepped out to check, we were shocked to see someone sitting right in front of our room, with no curtains for privacy. From 7:30 to 9:00 AM, there was constant noise from housekeepers dragging chairs, walking loudly, and chatting, making it impossible to sleep in. It was a stay that left us feeling unrested and far from relaxing.

The windows in the room are quite large, the ventilation effect is good, the lighting is also very good, and the whole room is very bright. After we sent the things back to our room, we ate some meals in the surrounding restaurants. At night, we went back to the apartment and took a hot bath. It was very comfortable. Hot water is provided throughout the day, no matter what time it takes to take a bath. Very adequate.

AAnton NWe enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, there is a kettle and a fridge. The air conditioning is good. It is quiet and cozy in the evening. It is a five-minute walk to the Seven, 20 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the night market. It is a 20-25-minute walk from the airport. We will be happy to come back here.

CCecibunzThis guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.
