"If you want to stay in a budget area in tsim sha tsui but hesitant to book in chungking and mirador mansion, I would definitely recommend this place! It’s located in tsim sha tsui mansion. Location is 10/10. Building might look old and first impression may not be exactly pleasing but this guesthouse is clean and safe. 1-2 min walk from the station. Exit outside ISQUARE so you won’t have to take the stairs in the station with your bags. Bus stop is also just located in front incase you decide to take the bus from the airport. Walking distance to all tourist spots including Bakehouse and Cheung Hing Kee Pan Fried Buns. Owner is easy to communicate with and instructions are clear. Daily housekeeping is a plus as well. Walls are thin but not really an issue for us tho. Also very grateful that he decided to let us check in when we arrived around 11am. Requested for a room with a table and chairs for work and we got the room. Aircon and water heater works well. There is also free water in the waiting area for guests."

"The room is really small and not practical at all for 2 travelers. But it is clean and the location is nice to visit the city with a direct bus to and from the airport. I just was really confused as I didn't received any information before my arrival and the reservation said I should have received all codes before. The hotel didn't answer my mail, my whatapps or my trip message. Luckily someone was apparently waiting for us! You have to try your luck sometimes. Ps: the entrance is not that hard to find but other review helped me to. Not the property itself unfortunately... (you have to find the elevator with the number of building, it is the first at your right when you get inside. And go to the 9th floor)."

"Location is great . next to metro station ( out from B2 ) ,walking distance to bus station. ( airport bus - A21) available every 15 mins , shopping center & restaurant etc. Owner is friendly . TQ Mr Chan ."

"The hotel is located at Jordan B1 exit, Temple Street and Nathan Road are on both sides of the building, and the airport bus is downstairs, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are also many restaurants around. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The proprietress looks like a person who loves cleanliness and is very friendly to guests. I recommend everyone to come here. Believe me, it's right!"

"The hotel was a bit small but I already expected it based on the review from other travelers. What I liked about the hotel is that the owner is very accommodating and they always clean the room every day. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out. The room is also cheap and very accessible from the JORDAN MTR station. Really good finds!"

"The location may be a little hard to find. You need to swipe your card to open the door. You need to tell the security uncle that you have a reservation at the hotel. You need to take the elevator on the left to the 11th floor, then turn left and ring the doorbell. The front desk = the landlord's home. However, the hotel is close to the subway station and convenient for travel. You can quickly go to nearby attractions. The aunt is very considerate and friendly. Although the sparrow is small, it has everything and the hygiene is also good. It is worth staying."

"Comfortable stay, very clean room, using the TV was very convenient to watch Netflix and the bathroom was also very clean and organized. It was easy to store my luggage here and come back for it later. And the sides of the room was comfortable. The only issue is that it didn't have a window. Location is perfect."

"The Lap Shun hostel is a small hotel close to Jordan metro station. The room is small but bigger than others I have stayed in in Hong Kong. The owners or staff live in the premises which makes it convenient as there is always staff around. The price is very good. Room is dimple but comfortable with good are conditioner and real towels. Location close to metro and Kowloon park make it a very attractive affordable place to stay in Hong Kong."

"The location is very convenient, right after exiting A1 in Tsim Sha Tsui. When you get there, you call the auntie and she gives you the password. However, the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it's too cold. I remember telling her that I had a long-sleeved jacket with me all night. When I woke up and told her, I realized the temperature was set very low. Overall, it's a cheap place to stay for a short trip."
