This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Bedbugs in all the beds. Very bad manager he would even not listen to us. Not clean. Please don’t go there my son had rash over his whole body from the sheets and we had to go to a doctor. The whole apartment smells like piss. Do not go to this place.

This probably was a vibrant place at some point. However now you get what you pay for. Pros: - Price is right, large two bedroom apartments available that are decent equipped. - close to beach. -supermarket right next door. - Bar is okay. - pool and playground area ok. -laundry room plus for longer stays. Cons: - Gym looks to be from Arnold Schwarzenegger’s glory times. - Beds are rock hard. - room not the cleanest - no housekeeping during stay (in the low season you can pay 30 euros for cleaning). - they charge 5euro per extra towel you need. - spa, restaurant and kids club is closed and looks like they’ve been broke in to plenty of times. - be aware the vending machine does not always have water in it, so if arriving late make sure you have water. -no breakfast served - only wifi in common areas. -watch your stuff, there’s stealing going on. Overall an apartment hotel (if you can even calm it that), that probably used to be really great, but that with a combination of poor upkeep and maintenance throughout the years, along with covid are running barely in fumes. Consider bribing a flash light, as lighting in common areas are minimal.

Very poor condition everywhere, i.e. cracked sink, split toilet seat, dirty shower/bath, broken fridge shelves, no kettle or toaster provided, no proper oven. If you want a brew you have to boil the water in a pan on hob! Beds rock hard, no duvet just sheet and blanket with cigarette burns in them! No change of towels or bedding during your stay, and they had the cheek to ask for €50 deposit for damages!! Dirty outside furniture on balcony not fit to sit on - do we need to say more other than it’s horrendous!!!!

We stayed at this hotel, December 2022. Very worn but clean you have to wash your own bedding and towels. No maids come in all week not close to amenities. Need a car wouldn’t stay here again best thing about it there’s a nice little supermarket attached to it. About 20 minute walk to the nearest bar restaurant.

The company that operates part of the apartments announces that on August 15 it will cut off electricity and water to some apartments. Specifically, those of the individual owners who cover their expenses and allow the complex to be maintained in minimum conditions. Therefore I would not recommend staying there as it is a constant source of problems that ruins your vacation.

The location of the hotel is not in Alicante but rather a 30 minute drive from the center of Alicante. The condition is deplorable. The apartment is barely furnished. As for the kitchen, we don't talk about it. Only one frying pan and one saucepan. Spreading knives for cooking. The power of the stove is really mediocre. You have to do it carefully. in advance if you want to eat at a specific time..the television is tiny.I didn't even know that this format still existed.and the channels don't work.the curtains are gray with cigarette burns, the same thing for the copper it which is torn and dirty.there were water leaks in the bathroom.when you sit on the toilet.you get water on your head. In addition, the apartment itself is dated. There is no room service at least to provide you with clean sheets and clean towels. You must make the request yourself. The only positive point is that the balcony which is of a good size.
