The hotel is beautiful overall. The lobby is elegantly minimalist, yet grand, and truly artistic. It's a great spot for art lovers to take photos, and I'm sure it won't disappoint. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Having breakfast on the second floor, the view looking down into the ground floor is absolutely stunning – I truly loved it! I'll definitely be back.

Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great. The service is really nothing to say. Recommend. Recommend. I haven't discovered this treasure platform before. I feel like I lost 100 million. I will definitely book online first in the future. It's awesome.

The room was on the second floor, and cost more than 400 per night. It was generally OK, but it was far from the city center, so you couldn't order much takeout, and it took more than an hour to get to the city center by subway.

Choosing Muliangzhuang Hotel in Huadu for this vacation was absolutely the right decision – it definitely deserves five stars! The moment I stepped into the hotel, the strong Southeast Asian vibe instantly caught my eye. The lobby was surrounded by lush greenery, with stone paths underfoot and bamboo woven lamps overhead. It felt just like being on an overseas holiday, instantly putting me at ease. During check-in, the staff were warm and professional. They quickly got everything sorted for me and thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and activities. My appreciation for the hotel instantly shot up. My lake view room was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the picturesque lake and mountains outside, like a natural painting. The huge, soft bed ensured I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom design was also very thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry area, and an extra-large bathtub. After a tiring day, a soak in the tub melted all my fatigue away. The hotel's amenities were also very extensive. The outdoor pool was crystal clear and beautifully designed, with sun loungers and parasols nearby. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe and swim there. The Muliang Qingquan Hot Spring is also a must-visit, offering several unique hot spring pools. After a soak, my skin felt noticeably better. For families with children, the outdoor kids' play area and indoor kids' club are a paradise. With a wide variety of play facilities, children can have endless fun. The dining experience was also excellent. The buffet breakfast at Sui Shi Fang Western Restaurant offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese hot congee and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and bacon. Everything tasted great, setting me up for an energetic day. The Cantonese cuisine at Yang Chinese Restaurant was truly exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, and the cooking brought out wonderful flavors, making every dish unforgettable. There are also many interesting places to visit around the hotel. European Town and Jiulong Lake Scenic Area are just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for sightseeing and photo opportunities. This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next vacation!

Our stay was good, but could have been better. You check in at the MORDIN hotel lobby and then exit the hotel and walk to the apartments, it’s clearly marked and easy to find. It’s not far like the others say, but I’m also not lazy 🤷🏼♂️ The decor seems new like they recently renovated the hotel. Nice design and vibe to the apartments. Large room, best view you could ask for in this area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good WiFi. Shower temperature and pressure was good. My only complaint was the TV is NOT in the bedroom like 99% of places I stay. Maybe this is do to “apartment” and not hotel. But like the other places I stay at, I like to relax and watch tv/movies. There is a couch/sofa but it’s not really a comfortable spot to watch tv out in the living room. Everything was perfect 👍🏻 Have a nice walk around the lake at night, it’s very comfortable.

The service has seen a significant upgrade! Before check-in, customer service representative Xiao Tan proactively arranged a satisfactory room for me. It's clear that after a year, Kaixin International Hotel has truly launched a dedicated customer service. It's impressive for a five-star hotel to offer such personalized attention. The breakfast has also vastly improved in quality compared to three years ago; the Cantonese-style Pig's Trotter Vinegar is definitely worth trying. When you're feeling weary, this five-star hotel is a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. Phoenix Lake Park is just downstairs, and within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Donghu (East Lake) in Knowledge City and Jingxia Village – all great spots to explore with kids. Furthermore, Yue Long Restaurant on the second floor serves excellent dim sum and Chinese lunch.

Every hotel staff member is very enthusiastic. Xiao Min at the front desk greeted me, making me feel very comfortable and the environment is great. The most important thing is cleanliness! Staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! They also upgraded the room type for me for free. I will come again next time I have the opportunity!
