I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this hotel! From the **free welcome drink** upon arrival to the delicious breakfast for 2 people with so many options, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. But what truly impressed me was the 5 PM late checkout a lifesaver that gave me extra time to relax without rushing. The reception team was so kind and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the little extras (like the welcome drink!) made me feel valued as a guest. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be back! Hotel location is quite ok, convenience store is 3-5min walk from hotel. Hotel lobby located at level 6, hotel room in level 4&5. There are free washing machines and dryers at level 4. Beds and pillows are comfy. Not much scenery from the hotel window. Its AI operated hotel room, eg can ask AI to turn on the tv, lights, play music, open window curtains, etc. Toilet will auto flush everytime u sit on it and stand up from it. The water pressure is good in the shower, however, the water from the shower can leak out due to the design of the floor. This is 1 part that didnt impress me. There’s no chairs in the room but a mini sofa with a small round table. The amenities in the room are quite limited that we couldnt find a place to put our clothes, except in our own luggage or the mini sofa. No cupboard or drawers in the room. The rooms are clean and fresh towels daily. The hotel receptions were very helpful. Overall, still highly recommended to stay here.
