Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. The lobby area provided freshly brewed coffee and tea, which was a positive impression. The staff also proactively provided children's amenities, which was a plus. The cleanliness of the first room I was assigned wasn't ideal, but after I reported it, another room was quickly arranged. The staff were very helpful. The room wasn't large, but it had all the basic amenities and showed a lot of care and attention to detail. There were sensor night lights under the bed and sofa, and a smart butler service. Although it was close to the road, the soundproofing was good, and I slept well. The lack of a refrigerator was a slight drawback, but many hotels have one, as it's practically useless. As for the air conditioning, it took a while to cool down, which was a bit of a hassle in the summer. The breakfast buffet was mainly Chinese, with decent variety and flavor. As for the location, it's very convenient, being right next to a subway station. Overall, this hotel is worth staying in again and highly recommended.

The restaurant staff seemed unfriendly and a bit tired. I saw them yawning several times, which seemed a bit unprofessional. Food: A wide selection and acceptable taste. There was a small fan in the fruit area to keep away mosquitoes, but no small insects, which was a nice touch. I haven't seen this feature in other hotels, but it was a nice touch. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth returning to!
