Came for the Canton Fair. The best place I stayed so far, with the best location, clean and excellent service + flexibility. If you’re traveling for business or tourism, I’d strongly recommend this place. The robot food delivery was adorable, and I slept like baby. (And I was grateful that this place gave more time for checking out)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit to the fair. They truly understand the needs of travelers attending the event — from the amenities to the location, everything was just right. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options — not only Chinese dishes but also international choices. I especially appreciated the grab-and-go station with water, fruit, and bread, available both in the morning and again when returning from the fair. It was such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference during busy days. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the whole experience. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute walk to the fairgrounds or one quick stop by subway. I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Highly recommended!

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. I really have to give it a thumbs up. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel enjoys an excellent location: It is situated in Tianhe District, the CBD business district of Guangzhou, and is very close to the B1 and B2 subway exits of Guangzhou East Railway Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. It is particularly convenient to go to any area in Guangzhou. There are also large shopping malls such as Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza and CITIC Plaza nearby, where shopping, dining and leisure entertainment are all available. After a busy day, Vi can go downstairs and start a relaxing time. For business travelers, it is also extremely convenient to make an appointment with business partners to discuss business at a nearby shopping mall. The service is extremely considerate: From the moment you check in at the front desk, you can feel the full enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk sister not only quickly checked in, but also introduced the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, midnight snack time and the use of various facilities in detail. Upon check-in, you will also be served a cup of steaming health tea, which instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The day before check-in, the customer service housekeeper called me to ask about my check-in needs, the general itinerary, and kindly helped to arrange the room. Around nine o 'clock in the evening, the customer service butler will personally deliver goodnight milk, sweet water and fruits. This service is really considerate. During my stay at the hotel, I accidentally soiled my clothes. I thought I could only deal with them myself, but to my surprise, the hotel offers free laundry service and the laundry room is open 24 hours a day. It is fully equipped with washing and drying facilities and can also iron clothes. This is really practical for people who often travel on business. When checking out, the staff will also ask about your experience of staying and sincerely listen to your opinions, making you feel highly valued. The environment is comfortable and pleasant: The overall decoration style of the hotel is a perfect blend of Oriental elegance and modern aesthetics. The six-meter-high lobby is spacious and bright. The cloud-patterned marble floor, paired with exquisite chandeliers, creates an atmosphere of nobility and elegance. Many green plants are placed in the public area, adding vitality and vigor to the entire space. The corridors and elevators were both spotlessly clean and filled with a faint fragrance. The interior decoration of the room is truly eye-catching. The three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a wide view, allowing the beautiful city skyline to be taken in at a glance. The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words. The strong sense of technology makes the stay experience more convenient and comfortable. There are also refrigerators, televisions, safes and other facilities to meet various needs of life. The bathroom adopts a dry-wet separation design. The black volcanic rock floor tiles are not only aesthetically pleasing but also come with built-in floor heating. Very convenient location. Just next to the metro with some shopping malls nearby. Some of the popular restaurants are also within the vicinity. The room was spacious and clean. The service was excellent. The breakfast was good. There was a notice on construction noise nearby but I did not hear anything at night and could sleep well. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Close to airport, free shuttle bus for transfers to and from airport. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late night noodles were delicious and appreciated. Spacious room with a fridge, hair dryer, plentiful of power points, and usb charging points. Laundry room with washing machines and dryer. Would prefer a shower room with more shelving to hang towels and clothings.

The stay experience was beyond my expectation! The front desk staff was friendly and took the initiative to upgrade the room type and gave me some fruit. The room was spacious and bright, with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window and a great view. The smart home was convenient and considerate. There was also a small gym. When I checked out, the housekeeper also helped me store my luggage until the evening. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it to my friends!

I enjoyed my stay at this newly renovated hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with modern finishes that made it feel fresh and inviting. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and fruit in the lobby, which was a nice touch, and the staff were very helpful. The robot in the elevator added a bit of fun, too! The hotel is close to the station, but the directions were a bit confusing, so clearer instructions would be helpful. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities are relatively new and have their own parking lot! The service is also good and can help solve parking problems. The hotel's buffet breakfast is quite rich, with a wide selection of Chinese, Western, fruits and drinks, and the taste is also very good, it is worth buying!

The hotel is new, comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast is rich. However, it shares the elevator with the hospital's physical examination center, which is very inconvenient from Monday to Friday. You have to wait for a long time to go upstairs in the morning. The smoking poles in the house were wrapped and there were no fire masks, which was very unsafe. When I went up in the morning, the smell of smoke in the toilet was very strong. I don't know where it came from. Although it's next to the road, it's not particularly noisy and overall it's okay.

It's my first time to Bio Island. I feel that the environment is more like a university. It's very quiet to sleep at night. The apartment buildings are all low-rise, with large space and complete facilities. The underground parking lot is fully connected and huge, with plenty of parking spaces. Although there are not many commercial facilities, there is a 7-11 downstairs, and there are also a campus cafeteria, noodle shop, and fast food restaurant four or five hundred meters away. Although the room is not new, the details are good.
