My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

You will find your room without staff. Hot spring water is very dirty some point. I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

Good to go with family

With restrictions lifted and travel businesses growing across Greater China, we 're looking for a better place to step down and explore more great places to go in greater bay area.   We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.   The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.   The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.   We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.

The room is quite big, and the view outside the balcony is also nice. It was raining when we went there, and the mountains outside the balcony were filled with smoke and clouds, a rare beauty in Guangzhou. Because we went there on the weekend, there were many guests. We didn't look carefully when booking the room, and we found out that we were assigned a double bed room after checking in; one of us could sleep well, but the other had difficulty sleeping, so we had to go to the lobby to change rooms. It was the peak check-in time in the lobby, and the staff were very busy. Fortunately, the girl Liang Xiaojia at the front desk received us patiently and changed us to a twin room. After settling in, we went to soak in the hot springs and swim. On a hot and rainy summer day, I prefer the refreshing swimming pool. It's more comfortable to soak in the hot springs after swimming 😌

This time, the experience at Conghua Zhuosidao Hot Spring Resort Hotel really made me want to recommend it like crazy! Originally, I booked a parent-child room, but as soon as I arrived at the front desk, Xiao Zhu enthusiastically helped us upgrade the room for free! I instantly felt like I had won the prize. The room was 40 square meters larger than before, and outside the balcony was the green mountain view and hot spring view. This wave of operations directly maximized the vacation experience! Room: The upgraded room space is super large! The room design is simple Chinese style, with toy dolls, full floor-to-ceiling windows and landscape balconies. Opposite is the mountain forest. In the morning, you can hear birds singing when you open the window. It feels like living in a natural oxygen bar. Hot Spring: The room is large, with 2 large and 1 small, and unlimited outdoor hot springs. You don’t want to get up. The public hot spring area has 32 pools, rose pools, rafting pools, sauna rooms... I want to try each one! Parents with children don’t have to worry at all. The children’s water park and infinity pool are enough for children to play all day. Xiao Zhu also kindly reminded us that the hot spring area closes at 10 pm, so don't get carried away in the hot springs haha~ Food and Drink: Breakfast can get full marks The buffet breakfast has many varieties, and the freshly cooked shredded pork noodles, sausages, and porridge are all very authentic, and the coffee is freshly ground! Afternoon tea includes: lemon tea, desserts, and Starbucks coffee. There are free fruits in the room at night, and it is super satisfying to eat an apple after the hot springs. Service: Detail control ecstasy In addition to the room upgrade, the hotel service is really considerate to the bones. You can tell what you need and it can basically be met! The open-air parking lot is also equipped with charging piles, which is very friendly to new energy vehicle owners. When checking out, Xiao Zhu also recommended the nearby Liuxi River Forest Park, saying that you can try the villa room type next time you come, and it must be super suitable to bring your parents. In short, from the environment to the service, there is nothing wrong, especially the "hidden benefits" of Xiao Zhu at the front desk, which directly upgraded this short trip to VIP treatment! Next time, I must bring my family to experience the mountain spring villa. It is said that the private pool in the yard is even more amazing~

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful, the hot springs and massage are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the Starbucks milk tea is delicious. You can relax in the hotel Xiaocong's service attitude is warm and friendly

To be honest, the hot springs in Zhuosidao are indeed worthy of Conghua's reputation. The environment is the biggest highlight - surrounded by pristine mountains and forests, not many people, you can hear birds singing while bathing in the pool, and occasionally a few kapok flowers float in, which is quite artistic. The service exceeded expectations, the staff responded quickly, and asked for a bath towel and changed the water very quickly. Although the facilities are not new, they are well maintained. If you come here for a quiet bath, this place is worth recommending. Here I would like to specifically praise the front desk staff Xiao Yang!

Overall very satisfied, especially the front desk staff, the service is warm and patient! It's very clean, the toilet and shower room are separated, which is good. The breakfast is very delicious, I will come again next time

The scenery in the hotel is quite nice, but the room is a bit old, very damp, very moldy, and many facilities have been out of repair. In addition, there are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the room. The mosquito repellent lamp in the room doesn't work. I don't know if the child was bitten by mosquitoes or bugs in the middle of the night. There are many lumps on the face and body, and the eyes are swollen. I didn't sleep well all night. The only thing worth praising is that the service of the staff is very good, basically responding to requests (it is a bit difficult to request for old facilities).

The hotel was originally designed to be a high-end luxury hotel, and it can be seen that the hotel design is still good. But the facilities are really old, with broken walls, peeling tables, and doors with marks. In short, it is a bit lame. The hotel premium during the May Day holiday is unquestionable, but even if it is half the price during normal times, it is not worth it. Ctrip sent two afternoon teas, which are a cup of lemon tea and two puddings in Figure 4, and the taste is quite ordinary, which is a bit disappointing. Advantages: The hotel has good greening and the breakfast coffee is good

Overall it's ok but the room rate is high during holidays. The environment is ok. The private hot spring pool is not clean enough. The welcome fruit massage provided when booking the room was not given until asked. Maybe it was not detailed enough due to the large number of people on May 5th. There is still room for improvement. The dinner group purchase package is not good, but the breakfast is good.
