My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

You will find your room without staff. Hot spring water is very dirty some point. I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

Good to go with family

With restrictions lifted and travel businesses growing across Greater China, we 're looking for a better place to step down and explore more great places to go in greater bay area.   We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.   The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.   The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.   We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.

The environment is beautiful and quiet, the independent hot spring bath is clean and private, the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, and the waitresses make careful arrangements and provide considerate service, making it a comfortable and relaxing trip.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it was recommended by a friend. The overall environment is very good, and it is a self-flowing spring. It is just right for a family to live in a villa. You can have an independent hot spring pool, and you can fill the water yourself, so you can take a bath whenever you want. It happened to be a bit cooler here, and it was so comfortable to take a bath when the weather was cold. After taking a bath, you will feel warm all over. The meals are basically buffets, with a wide variety of varieties, and you can eat all you can eat sashimi, which is very generous. I will come again next time!

I have been to this hot spring hotel more than 5 times, mainly for its environment and unlimited hot spring water. The first time was a pleasant surprise, so I went there several times in a row during the epidemic. This time I upgraded to a 3-room room. As soon as I entered, I felt it was not very good, mainly because of the hygiene. The carpet was so dirty. I hope it can be improved.

Staying in this hot spring hotel completely refreshed my holiday experience! The hotel is hidden in the mountains and forests, with a Japanese-style courtyard design full of Zen, spacious and warm guest rooms, and tatami and viewing balconies make people relax instantly. The water quality of the open-air hot spring pool is clear, and the various medicinal baths have different effects. Looking up at the starry sky while taking a bath seems to be time standing still. The staff service is meticulous, from the check-in guidance to the night bed service, it is full of warmth, the yukata is skin-friendly, and even the toiletries are high-end brands. I especially like the kaiseki cuisine, which uses local seasonal ingredients and is as exquisite as a work of art. I got up in the morning and enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the birdsong, and received a thoughtful gift when I left the hotel. Both the hardware facilities and soft services are far beyond expectations, and they really achieve "quality in details". It will definitely become a healing secret place that I punch in repeatedly!

The room is consistent with the photos, the service is OK, the driver is enthusiastic, but the hot spring pool is open too little, the indoor heating is sufficient, the environment is good, but the room pool light is broken, a little warm. I came to this hot spring hotel last year and came again this year. It has complete facilities, beautiful environment, and a natural oxygen bar. After soaking in the hot spring, my skin feels smooth and tender. I highly recommend it! Xiao Deng at Zhuosidao is enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and he takes special care of the children. Each room has a large space and is relatively dry. When you enter the room, you can smell a light aromatherapy scent, which is very comfortable. The water in the courtyard pool is drained very quickly, and it is not cold to open the parasol at night. The windowsill on the bedroom and the rooftop are very comfortable to bask in the sun and eat breakfast in the morning~ The room dryer is well received~ You can wear a dry swimsuit the next day☺ง Ps: It was very late when I arrived at the room due to temporary overtime. There were many things to play in the room, and I didn’t have time to go to the pool outside. I will try it again next time when I have time~
