A bit hard to find as there was a few other city notes nearby. The rooms were fairly large for a city hotel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of freebies - breakfast selection was small but decent. They provided cookies and fruit during the day and night had congee and ramen. Also free cocktails at night as well! The elevator to the hotel was shared within the building - has seen better days. The restaurants below the hotel was pretty good and the deliver upstairs as well. Next time I would probably choose to stay at the citynote near teemall - seems newer and the location is more central to Beijing Lu.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent – close to everything you need, whether you’re here for business or leisure. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with smart control features available throughout, making it easy to adjust lighting, temperature, and more. Breakfast was perfectly fine – a good selection to start the day. The overall ambiance of the hotel is cozy and inviting, making it a comfortable place to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Good location for travelers who want to stay near to Beijing Lu market road and very easy to walk to metro. A room is clean and room space is perfect for 2 people with large luggages.

The location is very good, very close to walking street and plenty of food for dinner. The room is very big but the bathroom is a bit small. The hotel has offered snacks and soft drinks all day and also the late dinner from 20:00.

After many times booking rooms, this is definitely my go-to hotel in Guangzhou. From the friendly and English-speaking reception staff who were more than happy to assist me, to the clean and comfortable rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is particularly convenient, close to the subway station, Beijing Walking Street, and with plenty of delicious dining options. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely return to CityNote in the future. A couple of tips for you: If you're sensitive to noise, please let the reception know to arrange a suitable room, as the 1st floor has a restaurant and can be a bit noisy (the hotel is on the 6th and 7th floors). If you're planning to visit CityNote, be sure to book your room as early as possible, as they tend to sell out quickly.

really enjoyed my stay there although the room was quite small. the staffs were super sweet and helpful with all our enquiries, helping us with our TB parcels as well. it has alot of free flow drinks, food all day so that makes us felt very homey and cozy. location is super close to beijing walking street, very conveninent. would recommend to couples who love to shop/eat till late night !

Good location, breakfast and service. They provide free snacks during 8-11 pm too. Lots of Heytea shops nearby

Hotel housekeeping staff lazy and do Cleaning not complete. Hotel room floor without mopping. I stay for 6 night never do floor cleaning. Receptionist front desk staff lady very helpful and friendly.Hotel room comfortable, nice and good location, value for money.

The room was quite small but cozy. The mini fridge was a bonus. Location close to metro stations and shops. Good coffee for breakfast, but room for improvement. The elevator was pretty smelly and run down.

Overall service is good, there are breakfast and supper provided. But a little bit noisy at night, the soundproof is not good, can still hear the noise from the street

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, so convenient for finding great food and shopping, with plenty of restaurants and stores just a short walk away.
