The staff at front desk was excellent customer oriented. They were supportive and goes extra mile to address client concerns. Much pleased with their service.
They don’t have regular restaurant and it is not required because there are so many options nearby.

The company booked three rooms for a business trip. It was the worst Vienna I've ever stayed in. It cost 400 per night. Two standard rooms shared a window. The walls were connected. It was like a 4-person room. People in both rooms could shake hands. The environment, breakfast and hygiene were all terrible. The hotel was on the 4th floor. The 2nd floor was a massage parlor. This was the worst experience I had staying in Vienna. The actual picture 1 was not consistent with the online picture 2. There was no water dispenser or refrigerator, and the stools were uncomfortable to sit on! I contacted the staff and they asked to change the stools. They said it was originally like this.
