Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Christmas Day Mother with 2 children 16 and 19 years old. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is only for naked swimming and that this was only possible from a certain age. So keep this in mind to avoid disappointment because it is not explicitly stated on the booking site. The family room was terribly dirty😵 I took pictures of it and showed them and asked for another room to make a long story short... 1st answer was not possible, no more rooms available When we asked to be transferred to another Fletcher hotel because this was really possible, a miracle happened... Suddenly there were not 1 but 2 double rooms available🤔 breakfast was fine, just pay attention to the glasses and cups, there were also a few that were not really clean.

It wasn't lovingly made for me. Without a bottle of water or a goddie... I imagine a deluxe room differently... the breakfast was also very clear... I wouldn't book it again... I didn't take any photos. Wasn't relevant to me...

The room 502 looked nice but everyone could look inside it from the skywalk. The toilet must have an extra door that closes complete not share a sliding door with the shower. What utter nonsens to design a so called bathroom like this! The AC was ok but very slow, but a fan in the toilet did not exist so you had to open the window although it was a very hot day. Breakfast was ok, but definitly not worth ca.20€! Check in was nice, check out was terrible! On Saturday evening we had to leave the nice but small spa at 20h because we were told the pool was closed due uncontrolled eletricity (who would have such defect electricity near a pool? What a safety hazard!!!), everwhere the lights went out und most parts were closed. As we asked for a discount the next day at reception because we could not stay till 22h as told they claimed the problem only lasted for 20 minutes we could have gone back...But no one had told us the problem lasted only for a short while when they ushered us out. A fat blond at reception treated us very rudely when we made a friendly suggestion about a little reimbursement for all the hassle as we were told, everything was closed the rest of the day and not that is was only closed for 20 minutes. The location on a field next to nothing with a panorama sauna overlooking a track and field sports ground is not the nicest location. Maastrich is not far away at least but we will never go back there again.

Was in the area for a wedding, and the hotel we originally booked closed down, so we last min had to change to this hotel. They accommodated us perfectly. our room had a great view. The shower and toilet were set up like locker room stalls which i guess is the purpose of this hotel, and not for wedding type guests. The service at the restaurant and bar were amazing! very friendly and helpful.

We got a family room: queen bed and bunk beds. The kids preferred that to sharing a pull out sofa. The bathroom was divided (with walls and locks) into 3 areas: toilet, shower and sink could use all at the same time while ensuring privacy for each.

Hotel in a charming area (commercial area). Huge building with numerous sports facilities, bowling, climbing wall, football, indoor sports fields. Spa and swimming pool. Large, cold corridors. Modern, clean, well-equipped rooms. Our room was located under the stands of the football stadium. there were no matches during our stay so no noise pollution. professional welcome but without any warmth. Breakfast ok. The wifi in our room kept disconnecting.

I can only advise against booking online and transferring money in advance, at least as a customer from Germany. We booked and transferred money, but got nothing in return. We didn't get any tickets and they refused to refund us. That's worse than dubious!

Perfect hotel, the attendant did not speak French called a waiter who served as an interpreter, which shows that the welcome is important Room, perfectly clean, quality bedding, comfortable mattress, desk table and swivel TV , bathroom just behind the bed the only negative points is the view, we had a fence in front of us! and the soundproofing of the room, but that did not prevent us from having a 9/10 stay the Wellness is perfect, good agency, clean too bad, we were not able to take advantage of the bowling, it was heavily in demand we there will return for sure

Fine hotel, nothing special. Location is outside the center, not a nice bustling area. Sauna area is small but good. Great for a day. Staff in the hotel and at the wellness are very friendly. Breakfast is good, breakfast room a bit dated.

We stayed at Fletchers Hotel in Sittard for 2 nights over New Year's Eve. The lady at the reception when checking in didn't seem competent. At the beginning of the conversation she spoke broken German. When we went to her again because we had another question about the New Year's Eve menu, she acted as if she couldn't understand us, so we switched to English. It's okay that she can't help us in German, but not even in English. She then gave us a piece of paper with all the information. When I had questions about the wellness admission I had booked at BLUE Welness, which I booked directly on the Fletchers website, she referred directly to the reception of the wellness department on the 5th floor. Well, our room was also on the 5th floor! The employee at the wellness reception was nice. But unfortunately there was no information (neither signboards, nor the information sheet from the reception or the employees) that the wellness area would be open on Sunday, December 31st. close at 6 p.m. instead of 10 p.m. On December 31st The employee at the reception of the wellness area herself gave us this information. Annoying! Otherwise a nice wellness area. In colder seasons there could be a little more "lounging areas" available. Cleanliness is nothing to complain about. Sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and the floors are also regularly freed of water so that you don't slip! The room is not a highlight and is a bit old. The beds seemed shabby. The open bathroom was particularly gleaming with limescale deposits. The magazines about BLUE Wellness and the Fletcher Hotels that were on display were taped up. There isn't really a closet. Only a clothes rail. In my opinion, the breakfast is not worth the €18.50. In my opinion, the Flechters Hotel in Sittard needs improvement.

We had booked the New Year's Eve package with 2 couples. It seemed like a nice offer, but unfortunately... A delicious New Year's Eve dinner is out of the question. The food was cheap and the portions so small that you left the table hungry afterwards. When you asked for bread (because you were very hungry) they had the nerve to charge you for it!! The oliebollen that were promised were not there and the glass of bubbles was first of all not tasty and lastly we were also charged for it! In addition, a smartphone charger was stolen from our room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Never again for us!

Day of wellness at Blue wellness in Sittard. Clean sauna just not that big and fairly sleek in style. When it is busy and colder, the warm areas fill up quickly, such as the saunas and hot baths. Fun for a few hours but tired of it quite quickly. Food and drinks are not great, but the prices are quite high. We had the chai tea latte and bread with cheese. Two slices of bread with cheese almost 10 euros, unfortunately you are not allowed to take photos there. Chai tea latte, the glass only half full and very sweet. Shame.
