It is very near MEtro and just one station can go shopping mall. Breakfast is ok for me.

During the beginning of our stay we were thoroughly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, the serenading of the music and automatic opening of the curtains when you turn on the electricity in the room. The amenities were wonderful however, on our last night there there was roach on the bedsheets! It was a great stay but we were very disappointed towards the end and questioned the quality of the sanitation

Front desk staff is helpful but is limited if you only speak English. Location is in industrial-like very congested area. Building is filled with smoke even if you book a non-smoking room. Prefer Paco at another location near Ouzhuang metro station.

I arrived at the hotel after 1:00am and the person who checked me in knew some English. I wasn’t able to get the audiovisual room because it was broken, so they upgraded my room to a suite. I was still hoping to use my computer with the TV. Nope. The TVs are mounted on the wall but they also have their own cutout space in the wall so no access to the HDMI plugs on the TVs. The bathtub and shower are ver nice. The tub is deep and the water runs out quickly. I moved to the audiovisual room after the projector was fixed and still no access to the HDMI plug. The bathtub was just as nice. The personnel who helped me to move was not able to speak English but they used the translation app to speak to me. Overall, I had a nice stay in that host at at the Paco Hotel!
