Exceptional Service & Unforgettable Hospitality! After staying in hotels worldwide, this is my best experience yet. Every staff member—from check-in to housekeeping—delivered outstanding service with genuine warmth. When my first room had noise and odor issues, they immediately upgraded me at no extra charge. Special thanks to Kitty for her professional and kind assistance—she truly went above and beyond. As a solo traveler, their attentive care made me feel "welcomed home." The management clearly empowers their team, and it shows. I hope leadership sees this and recognizes Kitty and the entire staff. This level of hospitality is why I’ll return without hesitation.

I had a great experience staying at Orange Hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff (小吉) was very efficient in arranging our room and showed excellent manners and patience. When I requested to change rooms due to the size, he explained everything clearly and handled it very professionally. He also offered us a breakfast package at a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay — all the staff were friendly, helpful, and even assisted us with laundry service. I will definitely choose Orange Hotel again for my future trips to China. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay, delicious food. All staff is attentive and helpful. Check out 12 pm but able to extend till 2pm without charge.

Location & environment are convenient near metro station many restaurants, shopping stores and convenience stores , but service & cleanliness are average.

Big room with good location,easy to excess to metro.

The hotel room was little small for two person with big luggages. However, the services were really good. The front desk night shift - Mr. Chen, not only helped me to mail out the small parcle to other part of the country, but also helped me to do laundry!! The hotel offer free clothes washing and drying machines to let us use, it's big help with sweating everyday because of the hot weather... The location is very good and with lots of restaurants and shops. The subway just 50 meters away from hotel. The breakfast also is delicious with good amount of selections...

The laundry room is really cute. the employees are friendly. the price is cheap. good location but the 1st floor area is ugly. There is an Italian chain restaurant nearby Saizeriya❤️

I stayed at this hotel for one night to attend the canto fair, and I was really impressed. The front desk staff were amazing, even sending me a message ahead of time to confirm they’d hold my room for my late check-in. When I arrived, everything was seamless. The room was not only clean but also cute, with a vibrant orange theme that made it feel welcoming and cozy.

Convenient location and very comfortable beds. However the rooms were a bit too cramped and the noises from the laundry facilities across the corridor and toilet next door marred a good night’s rest.

Good location, very near to metro station. Very clean and good service too

Location is near to train station. Taking cab is a disaster, traffic jam. Lots of eateries around the area. The toilet space allow 1 person movement. The bathing area water flow is slow. Can hear the traffic flow, noise proofing is bad. Hotel staffs are nice.

Nice and clean room. Highly recommended. Lots of food nearby, even in the same building.
