Response from Property: 🌿We are making dual improvements in service and hygiene. Our sincerity is visible. 🌿We are both ashamed and anxious upon seeing your feedback. We are sorry for the poor reception and the issue with the towels, which are both our faults. 😔We have immediately launched a full-service etiquette training program, focusing on "patient listening" and "smiling communication". Every employee must pass the service assessment before taking up their posts. We will no longer let guests feel cold. As for the towel issue, we conducted a thorough investigation overnight and found that a few old towels with frayed edges were mixed in the last batch of linen. The "red stuff" was the residue of eco-friendly detergent (which has been sent for inspection and confirmed to be harmless). Now all towels have been replaced. We have implemented a "three-check system" in the linen room: checking for damage when unpacking, checking for stains after disinfection, and checking for cleanliness before distribution. Each towel will be sent to the guest room with a "quality inspected" label.In fact, our hotel has many practical conveniences: it's a three-minute walk to the bus stop, the free self-service laundry is available at any time, and the Cantonese congee for breakfast is freshly cooked every day. 🥣 This oversight has made us realize that service and hygiene are the bottom lines. If you are willing to give us another chance, please let us know before your next visit. We will arrange for a supervisor to personally receive you and show you the newly replaced soft towels and the clean guest rooms. We will make you feel a different experience with real changes. 💕
