Overall, it was a very good hotel. We were not bothered at all during our stay in this hotel. It would have been much better if there was a small refrigerator in the rooms of this hotel. In the end, I can say that if we travel to Guangzhou again, this hotel can be our choice again.

Booked with river view room but provided with others, felt like cheated by Trip.com/hotel. Room was a bit small and no bar fridge. Hygiene could be a concern as the floor was sticky and dare not to step with barefoot. Sometimes can smell the smoke whenever my next door came back. However, receptionists are friendly by helping me to order ** for supper :)

Room had stale cigarette smoke smell and felt warm despite adjusting down the aircon temperature. Checked in around 2am and the male reception was unfriendly though the day time female reception was way friendlier and more attentive. To get across to the opposite side of the road, one has to walk a long way to the end of the street to the traffic crossing. Only 1 lift service the entire hotel as it is located within a mixed use development. Shower pressure and hot water is good though.

Please don’t advertise river view…. There’s no river view despite best paid room. Location is the other end of Beijing Road, so it’s rather way from the real bustling area. Most time you will need Didi to bring you out as public transportation is rather weak. Room is ok but given the disappointed advertised “ view…., I rate the room 3/5 only. Room still have some faint smoke smell despite we asked for a non-smoking room. Well, unless you are check-in to an International 5 Star, smoking is a cult everywhere.  Can skip unless you are budget friendly.
