The location is excellent, but is hard to locate at arrival just cross the road to be in Guangzhou east railway station, where you can find many food shops. Also you have McDonalds, H&M , sephora. The room is spacious, home style, washing machine working and detergent is supplied, microwave, kettle, minibar. very convenient for a long stay

The location is the best thing about this place. The view is also quite nice especially at night. The whole apartment is a bit run down but clean and has everything you would want (including a washing machine).

Had a late check-in due to flight delay but it went well with prior communication. A bit confusing to locate for first timer like me as it’s an apartment building, which was a bit rundown, operated for stay by different operators. Conveniently located, adjacent to malls, metro/bus station and restaurants. However, the room is in need of a refresh, especially the toilet. Room was filled with cigarette smell but leaving the window ajar had it fixed the next day. Bed was comfortable and clean but pillows were a letdown. Given the options available in the vicinity and the city, it would be hard to return to this place.

Great location just next to HSR station. In room projection TV works well.

It’s like a little home. Very well decorated, good size, great location, comfortable bed, good service. All the little things add up.

Looks nice but in fact the apparent is not clean. It needs cleaning . Just 1 cup to drink for two people . Two wooden chairs are for decoration - impossible to sit. Pillows are the cheapest - cant sleep properly. But nice pictures.

Facilities: A bit old but complete Sanitation: There is a Guangdong Provincial Beast Environment: OK It's just too noisy. There are many vehicles at the intersection and they keep honking. It's near Guangzhou East Station Service: Good and thoughtful. Thumbs up for the front desk lady

The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The transportation is convenient, very close to Guangzhou East Station, and convenient to go to tourist attractions. The beautiful boss has a good service attitude, is responsive and provides good service.

Disadvantages: The hotel front desk is not easy to find, the hygiene needs to be improved, and the facilities in the house are a bit old, but fortunately the decoration is good and looks comfortable. Advantages: 1. Convenient transportation and shopping, there is a subway nearby and a shopping mall next to it. 2. The front desk service is good and the check-in is fast. 3. Economical and cost-effective, keep working hard.

Nice environment, convenient and comfortable to live with children, the service attitude of the lady is very good, I will continue to book their place next time

The landlord is very nice, the room is big, the night view is beautiful, you can see the famous CITIC Plaza in Guangzhou up close, it is worth experiencing as a whole. This is a rare apartment in Guangzhou with good value for money.

The location is very good, but there will be soldiers' breakfast calls in the morning, haha, but it feels very safe. A great location to watch Chinese and Thai performances, and the bed is very comfortable. Satisfied

The hotel is well located near the train station and metro, easy to get to the center. The room itself is large and well equipped, but quite dirty. There is no hot water in the bathroom.
