The front desk staff were wonderfully gentle and extremely helpful. As we were traveling with a child, they kindly upgraded our room for free and granted us a late check-out. The room itself was spacious and very clean. My little one, being a bit mischievous, hung the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, and they even thoughtfully called to inquire if we needed housekeeping.

The hotel is incredibly close to Yantang Metro Station, with direct access from the airport via Line 3, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are fantastic – spacious and clean. I was particularly impressed, especially considering the price in Guangzhou, to get a room with a large window – it was truly a pleasant surprise! 🥹 The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious! Additionally, the hotel offers a laundry room and robot delivery service for food. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended! 👍🏻

Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is comfortable, the environment is good, the room is clean, the front desk is friendly, and the room has a small balcony, which is good; transportation is also very convenient

Cleaning service was great. They provided a drying rack when cleaning up the room. Washing machine and dryer included. Sadly a dryer was broken during our stay so there was only 2 washing machine and 1 dryer. We did not manage to use the dryer as a result.

I absolutely have to give this Home Inn Business Hotel a perfect score! Even during the busy National Day holiday, they managed to provide excellent and organized service to guests – thumbs up! The ladies at the front desk were all smiles, patiently introducing nearby attractions and offering travel tips, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel's location is also fantastic, just a 200-meter walk from the subway station. We were able to visit Yongqingfang and Shamian Customs House, making for seamless travel, haha. The activities the hotel organized during the National Day period were an unexpected bonus! The DIY afternoon tea and intangible cultural heritage lacquer fan making were both super interesting. I even made a fan myself 🪭 to take home, hehe ✌🏻. And the preserved plum coke ice? Absolutely essential after a hot day exploring Guangzhou! So happy! The room was clean and comfortable as always, with a view of Liwan Lake Park. There were even National Day gifts from the hotel in the room, and the snacks were delicious. It was a wonderful holiday! ✌🏻

The hotel service was excellent. We were provided with a spacious non-smoking twin room this time, and my wife was absolutely delighted with it, especially the generous space! The location of this Home Inn is fantastic, with Longdong Shopping Mall just around the corner. However, it rained heavily throughout our stay, so we couldn't explore the vicinity properly. Despite a China Construction Bank branch undergoing renovation right next door, the room we were assigned was completely quiet, with no construction noise audible. Overall, the room assignment this time was excellent and very comfortable!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent and well-equipped; the hotel has everything you need. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean! Environment: Located within the airport hotel complex, parking is very convenient and free for guests. We booked three rooms, and the hotel even provided free parking for three days! The roads around are also wide. Service: We informed the front desk about our airport shuttle time in advance. We were at the entrance five minutes early, and the shuttle departed precisely on schedule. Value: For just over 100 [currency implied, e.g., Yuan], this hotel was incredibly comfortable! It truly exceeded our expectations.

The experience of staying at Home Inn this time was far beyond my expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the subway station and business district, and it is very convenient for travel and shopping. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, and they also remind you of the surrounding food recommendations. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has no peculiar smell, and all toiletries are available. The sound insulation effect is also good, and it is very quiet to rest at night. The cost-effectiveness is super high, and I will choose here next time I travel! Highly recommended to everyone!

Starting with the location: It's super convenient, just about a hundred meters from Xiajiao Exit A. The hotel is connected to a supermarket, and elevators require a room card for secure floor access, which is a decent setup. There are small night markets, BBQ restaurants, and street vendors nearby, making it convenient for getting around and meeting daily needs. As for the facilities: They're acceptable, except for the poor soundproofing. Additionally, the window in our room faced an enclosed corridor, resulting in poor air circulation and a noticeable smell of smoke upon entering. A heads-up: the double rooms at this hotel offer 'Quiet' and 'Natural Light' options. The 'Natural Light' rooms have actual outside-facing windows, whereas the 'Quiet' rooms suffer from poor ventilation! Regarding the service: It's truly excellent. They provide complimentary water, and the hotel also has breakfast and a laundry room. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, attentive, and had a fantastic service attitude! Management should seriously consider giving them a raise. One more thing: rooms are cleaned daily, but guests aren't notified in advance. This gave us quite a surprise when we returned! I suggest they improve this communication. Overall, it's a decent place, and I'm happy to give it a positive rating. Please note, these are my personal experiences and are for reference only.
