Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Guangzhou

Hampton by Hilton is very close to everything in Huadu. Situated near the Aeon mall and the metro station, this hotel is very convenient to everything. We rented our bikes and rode around the Huadu Lake Park with flowers bloomsoming. The hotel is also closed to the indoor skiing place. The hotel is not only convenient to its nearby landmarks, the staff are also very friendly with good hospitality. Miss Yan and Miss Leung from the reception are very helpful during my stay. We had two separate bookings with two different kinds of rooms. They made extra efforts in putting the two into the same rooms without switching us to two different rooms.

The Foshan Hilton Hotel, located near the Florentia Village and close to the light rail station, is just a 15-minute drive from the South Station, making it a very convenient location. The hotel maintains good hygiene standards, providing guests with a sense of security. While the front desk service is not particularly outstanding, it is steady and orderly. The breakfast hours are quite flexible, with no rush even for those who arrive later, offering a relaxed experience. The hotel’s decor and layout are thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and elegant living environment for guests.

Everything was nice. Shelly provides friendly service. The breakfast selection was substantial and tasty. The room was as described, comfortable bed and large shower. The only issues we had were the room floor lighting couldn't be turned off and LED on light switches and TV were bright, so we couldn't fully darken the room. Also the thermostat was set to cool but lowering the temp didn't seem to kick on the AC. Regardless of this, we had an excellent night's sleep. Would stay again.

Very high tech operation with robots snd automatic lights/drapes etc. Convenient shuttles to airport and subway. The water was not hot enough but the hotel engineer made it piping hot. The breakfast was excellent for the room price. Above all, the service and responsiveness were outstanding. The location is a little far from the city centre and the surroundings are a little grubby … but the shuttle/subway offers travel flexibility and starbucks is close by!

We have stayed in Hampton couple times. We love the facility & location. Their service is also great! Breakfast buffet here is super fresh & delicious. We could have all choices of coffee too! Fast check in & check out. AI customer service is very fun & efficient! Highly recommend this Hampton!

It's a Hampton Inn, had pretty low expectations since in the states this would be a 2 star hotel. Went in huge lobby felt more like a china 4 star hotel. Only problem is location, unless your working around that area I wouldn't recommend.

It's pretty standard, no special surprises and nothing particularly bad. It's a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's room service. When the toilet paper roll is used up, I call the front desk to send up another roll and bring an extra bottle of water. I guess the housekeeping aunt had gone off work and no one brought it to me for half an hour, so I went downstairs to buy it myself. The breakfast variety is okay, but there is always one guy busy at the rice roll stall and noodle stall, and another one going in and out of the kitchen, and I don't know what he is busy with. There are not many people there, so what are you busy with? The guy was busy pulling rice rolls and cooking noodles.

The location is 10-mun-walk from Exit B of nearest metro rail. The room is clean & tidy The staff Leo was reactive to our enquiry. There was no self-help laundry service. Breakfast was fair. In sum, this hotel could meet our needs.Water leakage happened after showering.
