This hotel accommodation experience was mixed. First of all, the hotel's sound insulation was too poor. The footsteps in the corridor could be clearly heard in the room, and I was frequently woken up at night, which seriously affected my sleep quality. However, the hotel is not without merits. Its laundry room is satisfactory. It has a fast washing and drying function, which can make clothes clean and dry in a short time, providing great convenience for guests who need to wash clothes during travel. However, the highlight of the laundry room alone is difficult to make up for the poor sound insulation. The hotel still needs to work hard to improve its overall quality.

I visited Guangzhou again this time because of my frequent business trips. I was satisfied with the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Shenzhen last time, so I booked the Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Xintang Railway Station in Guangzhou this time. The friendly staff and the neatly designed lobby gave me a cozy and comfortable feeling from the entrance. I was assigned a room on the 8th floor thanks to the skillful staff's quick processing. (manager: Azu) As expected of a newly built hotel, cleanliness is a given, and the well-made bed made me feel good. Even though I was on a tiring business trip, I was able to sleep really comfortably. The breakfast restaurant located next to the lobby on the 1st floor is not as large as a large hotel, so it gives a calm and quiet atmosphere. The food is composed of neat and delicious items, and the broth of the noodles cooked on the spot was especially delicious. My business trip was postponed for two days, and I was so satisfied with my stay here that I decided to stay here for two more days. This is a hotel with really high cost-effectiveness and high satisfaction.

Staffs are good. Very helpful and service minded. Breakfast is good. The room is clean and tidy. The location is ok. Near Mcdonald and many local food shops. but a bit far from metro station. Taxi to canton fair takes around 15 mins.

Recently, because of a business trip, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe Smart City. The overall experience was very good, and I want to talk to you about it. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, the doorman came up to help with the luggage and guided me to the front desk. Amber and Xiao Zheng at the front desk checked me in quickly. The staff were friendly and carefully answered my questions about the surrounding transportation. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the nearest subway station is 1.5 kilometers away, which made me feel at ease when I first arrived. When I walked into the room, the first feeling was that it was clean and tidy, with a simple and generous layout. The new Hampton 5.0 decoration style, smart guest control equipment can turn off the lights, turn on and off the air conditioner, and cast the TV without getting out of bed. The TV screen is quite large and it is very comfortable to watch. The bed is moderately soft and hard. After a busy day, lying on it, most of the fatigue dissipated instantly. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, the hot water supply is stable, and the toiletries are a brand under Hampton, which is very comfortable to use. The hotel's catering also left a good impression on me. Although the breakfast is not super varied, it is nutritionally balanced. It has bread, eggs, fruits, hot porridge and other daily necessities, and the taste is quite satisfactory. I didn't expect the taste to be quite authentic, the portion was sufficient, and I was quite satisfied with the meal. The hotel also has a small gym. Although there are not many equipments, it can meet the basic fitness needs. When I am free in the evening, I go for a run and stretch, and I feel very relaxed. During the few days I stayed here, everything was quite smooth. There were no fancy gimmicks, but the needs of the guests were taken care of in a down-to-earth manner. If I come here for business or travel in the future, I will probably choose this hotel again.

The location is quite close to the metro and railway station, around 15’ walk, but there’re not many food stalls open around the hotel. Other than that it has been a great stay! The room is clean and the service provided is awesome. They’ve upgraded my room immediately after knowing that the previous room assigned to me stained of cigarettes smell. On top of that self service laundry was great as well! Much appreciated the stay, will definitely book again if going to Guangzhou!
