ECHIC HL Hotels in Guangzhou

As someone who rarely leaves hotel reviews, I absolutely have to give this hotel a thumbs up! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly professional, providing service with a smile during check-in. Everything in the room was brand new and very well-equipped. The 8th floor also features a laundry room with dryers. Ordered takeout? A robot delivers it straight to your room! The room was spotless, and the makeup mirror even came with its own lighting. What's more, there's a bakery nearby with my favorite bread – a true highlight! The location is excellent, very close to Canton Tower – just over 900 meters on foot – making transportation incredibly convenient.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Gongyuanqian (公园前)， exit I2. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Room are clean and equipped with latest technology. As for location, its excellent with easy access to metro, food and nearby Beijing Rd Cultural Tourism Zone I will choice to stay here again for my next trip to Guangzhou

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and I can't express how delightful my experience was! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more special. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. The hotel’s amenities were impressive, from the cozy lounge areas to the well-maintained pool. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I can't wait to return! Thank you for an unforgettable experience; I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this hotel as I usually rate cleanliness as my main priority. The bedsheets and towels are clean without stains and I like hotels where the flooring is not carpeted. The location is superb, less than 2 mins walk to shibaiqiao station. The toilet flushing system is very good too, and the housekeeping staff ensures that the daily toiletries are provided. If you need to do your laundry , the washing machine automatically adds the detergent and fabric softener hence, saves you the hassle of having to pack your own detergent. There are 2 lifts currently on maintenance and upgrading, so only one lift is available,therefore be prepared for the waiting time. However, the work in progress is expected to be completed by end of this week so it would not be an issue for guests who intend to stay in the following months. The front counter staff did pre-empt us in advance on this but it didn't affect us as there was hardly noise. Despite some waiting time for the lift, I would still rate this hotel overall as excellent for the location, convenience and cleanliness!

A very nice hotel with friendly staffs support throughout the day. The rooms are clean, big, and equiped with high technologies that facilitate the stays. Highly recommended for all sorts of travellers to stay. It also have washing machines service for free for long stay traveller that needs to wash their clothes. Overall a very pleasant stay in this hotel, will stay again for the next visit.

The hotel's location is absolutely phenomenal! You step right out of the hotel and onto the entrance of Metro Line 5, it's only a 3-minute walk to a major shopping mall, and being surrounded by commercial hubs makes everything incredibly convenient. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed and truly hit all the right notes: the TV comes with screen mirroring, there's a mini-bar fridge, and the bathroom even features a smart, temperature-controlled toilet. The bay window design is superb, complemented by an adjustable reading light. An integrated smart control system allows for one-touch temperature adjustment, and even the bedside table has a wireless charging pad. This attention to detail is a dream come true for anyone who appreciates thoughtful touches!

The room was very comfortable. Bed, pillows and duvet were superb. It was very convenient they have the Xiao Du so you can turn on off the tv without looking for the remote. You can close open the curtains while lying on your bed ! Something I couldn’t do when I stayed in brand names 5 star hotels. In addition the toilet can be flushed just by waving your foot at it so you don’t have to hunt for flushing levers.  I am impressed !

Really one of the most helpful stuff i have ever seen i love the place and the stuff the manger was very friendly the reception was very helpful full they helped in ordering food navigating the way and i asked the reception about everything they always help mrs connicol had a very good hospitality thank you all

The room is clean and equipped with high tech facilities. The counter staff were very warm and helpful. The following are just 2 examples. One of the staff members by the name of ‘Xiao Yee’ helped relentlessly to search for the missing item which was supposed to have been delivered to the hotel but was not found. They contacted the delivery company to identify the item. I can feel their genuine concern and help rendered when I encountered problems with my booking to the airport. All three counter staff who were on duty helped me in contacting the Didi driver who did not turn up and showed so much concern in waiting for the car to arrive and inform the driver that I need to rush for my flight. Appreciate their help very much and I felt very much at home.

When we visited Guangzhou's old town with our kids, we opted for this Yizhi Hotel due to its convenient location near Yongqing Fang. It's part of the Hualvhui chain, and it's pretty much become our go-to accommodation for all our recent trips to Guangzhou. Our room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant was a handy feature for controlling room functions and even contacting the front desk. The front desk staff, particularly the lady we spoke with, were incredibly patient and attentive, always ready to assist and resolve any issues promptly. This hotel is definitely our top choice for families or anyone traveling to Guangzhou in the future. Highly recommended!
