Room had stale cigarette smoke smell and felt warm despite adjusting down the aircon temperature. Checked in around 2am and the male reception was unfriendly though the day time female reception was way friendlier and more attentive. To get across to the opposite side of the road, one has to walk a long way to the end of the street to the traffic crossing. Only 1 lift service the entire hotel as it is located within a mixed use development. Shower pressure and hot water is good though.

This hotel is located in a prime location of Guangzhou with the metro and bus station nearby with easy taxi pick up. The room was very clean, and the service was good. However, the breakfast was very Chinese so I’d recommend the McDonald’s next door if you’re a foreigner. The walls are very thin too, you can hear every one near you, which may make it hard to sleep. But the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious with all needed amenities. It’s good for a solo traveler on a budget.

Facilities: relatively new, the bed is quite comfortable, and the sound insulation is good Hygiene: no hair or anything like that Environment: The inner window room is also quite breathable, facing the patio Service: The front desk has a good attitude and is polite. I stayed here last time I went to Xintang for classes.

Great location if you’re going to Bonski, can easily get there by e-hailing. Can get delicious noodles just next door, convenient shop next door available too. Receptionists are very helpful, massage chair provided at gym. Very big room, very worthy stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Although the first room had an unpleasant smell, I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room with a window. I was impressed by their prompt and thoughtful service. To my surprise, when I returned to my room in the evening, there was a complimentary fruit box waiting for me. This thoughtful gesture continued every night during my stay. The staff were very attentive and polite, and the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

excellent service,v good rooms,v clean,looks quite newit's close to train and metro station (both same location), staff all excellent,most importantly the free pick up and drop off at the station,makes it very convenient,to top it off we left early morning and they provided a packed breakfast ready,even though breakfast was not part of the deal, shows they care about their customers welfare. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay

I stayed for 5 nights..I enjoyed the stay I could see everyone is trying very hard to give every guest a good staying experience From front desk to cafe, to housekeeping 阿姨。。everyone is hardworking Location..just a few mins walk to metro and eateries in older part of Guangzhou which I love At this price point..it is a good stay

in general , it is a relatively good hotel. Room was clean , no bad smells , clean shower and okeyish water pressure. The staff was very polite and supportive! Internet is ok . Probably not the best window view but considering the area it should be expected . The subway is close to the hotel , but the area itself has nothing to do. Good thing is there are plenty options to order food online.

Very comfortable. The space separated from dry and wet is very comfortable. The robot service is in place. The front desk also gave me a breakfast coupon. I will come here again next time. The space is very large and thoughtful.

I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
