Echarm Hotels in Guangzhou

On the last day of the trip, I booked this hotel to be close to Baiyun Station. I didn't expect it to give me a surprise. It has a strong sense of fashion, and the curtains and toilets are all smart. The front desk service is very good, and there are free freshly ground coffee, tea, and snacks. There are also small gifts during the Chinese New Year, which are not worth the price, making guests feel very warm. The breakfast is also very rich, and the room facilities are complete, with luggage racks, hangers, small refrigerators, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a free laundry room, which provides laundry detergent, softener, and a dryer. There is also a mini gym. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to Baiyun Station, one subway stop away, and a 6-minute walk to the subway entrance. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the train by bike.

The Bluetooth was lost, and the hotel service staff sent it to me for free. Thank you very much. I am very satisfied with the service. It was quiet throughout the process. I can sleep peacefully during business trips. The hotel bathroom and sanitation are in good condition.

Echarm Hotel is close to the metro station and next to the bus station. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I liked everything.

The hotel's room facilities are impressive. The room is equipped with intelligently controlled lighting and curtains, providing an extremely comfortable resting environment. More importantly, high-speed wireless network covers the entire room, ensuring smooth work and entertainment. These high-quality facilities greatly enhance the stay experience and are definitely worth a try. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time. It's great.

Fantastic location right at the intersection of busy roads and also a cute charming neighbourhood with cool cafes. Plenty of food options. Do note that the soundproofing of this hotel isn’t great so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it. However when I checked out and I told the staff about the noise at night, they were apologetic and even offered a CNY20 compensation, to which I politely declined, but I was very touched with their gesture. Such great service even from a small hotel 👏🏾

Overall good experience, big room, clean , all staff are nice & location around 600 meter from metro station. We highly appreciated Lu Handsome receptionist who met us when we check in, his level of customer service is very good. He saw my mom & offered free breakfast for us. We said we want extra key, he offered card that can put in the key slot so when my mom still in the room when I go out, the room is still on. When we want press the lift to go to the room, he press for us the floor that we stay. Extra care that matters for customer. Very good. The cleaning lady also very good. My mom a bit difficult to stand too long to take shower & she provide the plastic chair so my mom can take shower in a better way. Very good. Overall good experience, big room, clean & all staff also

The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are relatively large and clean. There are many snack bars around the hotel, which makes it convenient to eat. There are relatively few free parking spaces, but there is a large parking lot next to it, which requires additional payment.

Had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Room was spacious and clean and the location is right above 7/11 store and Luckin Coffee. Only 10 minute walk to Beijing Rd, Guangzhou central and heaps of shopping mall around. Mai the receptionist was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

The room was clean and tidy, I was more concerned about the hope that the environment was quiet, the environment was good, and the living was assured. The service is also very good, breakfast is also delivered, the breakfast variety is also good, the overall satisfaction with the hotel, the price is very high, will stay in the future.
