A truly wonderful stay. The front desk staff, Chloe, was exceptionally welcoming, polite, and professional. We were upgraded to a high-floor king room with a fantastic view. The bedding was superb, far superior to many similar branded hotels. The offerings at the Open buffet and the pastry shop were excellent and provided great value for money. We'll definitely be back!

I arrived and the first thing was to ask me, although everything was prepaid for a security deposit, which I refused as under my condition, staying for only one night leaving next morning, was ridiculous. They accepted and understood. Breakfast was ok, without more to praise, the room was ok, staff was ok, without any extra charm, nor sparkle. Nice location and easy access.

**Facilities:** All the hotel facilities are brand new. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, the shower pressure is excellent, and the provided toiletries are fantastic. **Ambiance:** The ambiance definitely gets a 5-star rating! Our room was flooded with natural sunlight, creating a very relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. **Service:** Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff warmly explained the operating hours of the hotel's facilities and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra set of toiletries for our child. This was a really considerate touch!
