Curio Collection by Hilton Hotels in Guangzhou

The hotel is excellent, conveniently located very close to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. My husband and I stayed for two consecutive nights. They have a dedicated staff member who handles daily services and communication via WeChat, which was incredibly thoughtful. Since we were out all day, we often ordered food delivery late at night. The staff member was incredibly diligent and patient, helping us search for our various delivery orders in the takeout lockers multiple times and even placing them on the delivery robot for us. The room was also spotlessly clean and serviced daily, and they always asked if we needed fresh linens. The only minor drawback was that the bellhop at the entrance didn't offer to help with our luggage when we were checking out. My husband and I were in the area for medical treatment, so our suitcases were quite heavy. Thankfully, our taxi driver saw us struggling and got out to assist. This small detail doesn't detract from our overall positive impression of the hotel, but it's just a friendly suggestion for improvement. Keep up the excellent work! We will definitely be back.
