Atour Hotels in Guangzhou

The staff who work here deserve five star. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The room is decent with size and cleanness. Location is good and convenient. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is acceptable, not horrible but not incredible. It would be good to have more vegetables dishes. Coffee and tea options are not very nice. The room may have some mold issues and I couldn't stop sneezing while I was in the room. I suggest they do some proper checks.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to city centre. Hotel doesn't look good from outside but was totally fine inside, the interior was new and bright, room was with decent size and was very clean. Hope the hotel will keep the quality of the room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. The hotel is located in a very busy area, if that's a concern for you.

Stayed in Atour before.. this is probably the below Par hotel... Location is in a new maybe 4 or 5 years old satellite town... Not convenience for any things except to walk or Private taxi to Fast or train station... Rooms are not Super big as in picture... Lobby on 3rd fl. Only 2 lifts to service the block.. ridiculous.... Concept.. Breakfast area is not big and the food varieties are not impressive either.... All most everything is overated... Not even a single staff could understand... ”Toilet” Just trying to go international, but sad it's not even close....it's better to get a hotel downtown, if you need the fast train there are cross line you could easy... The train connectivity is good... Plus Easy and plenty restaurants downtown...

Good points and bad points. The hotel is really nice and it’s a new hotel, the shower pressure is really good along with the hair dryer where everything is reliable and good products. They leave fresh fruit everyday which is nice. Bad points really are the staff, they can be really rude and speak no English at all. They even struggle with translator. The room is a little bit small and our fridge didn’t work. However it is good for canton Faire and worth booking, I think if they changed their staff to more professional and had better service they will succeed more.

It was an ok hotel, but kinda pricey, I was expecting at least bigger room and bigger windows. I booked a room without a window and didn't know about it, the guy at reception upgraded it and I got a better room. I was also given two coupons for free coffee, the hotel has Starbucks coffee. Late check out was a pleasant bonus, so I slept longer, thanks.

Tiffany the front desk reception lady is excellent service and super friendly. I encounter a bad experience in the first check in room and was extremely dissatisfied due to the toilet sit was horrible. I complained to her and she upgraded me to another room. She paid attention to my situation and helpful . Another issue with the hotel is non smoking but there are peoples smoking around the lobby and room floor . Even I make a complaint to another front desk lady but she did not do anything.

We stayed at the Suite - huge room but with very complicated light switches. Auto curtains does not work on one section. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and providing full amenities. However, the building is very old and the furniture is dated and carpets are stained. Staff at check-in counters are very friendly and helpful. The aunty at the laundry room did a great job in helping guests wash and dry your clothes for free so that guests does not have to wait and waste time in doing laundry. Breakfast needs to be improved - not much choice and the staff does not speak English so it's hard to order food (even a simple omelet). Location is perfect. Next to Tianzi Wharf for the Pearl River Cruise. Nearby is Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street and the MTR station. Must try the Guangzhou Restaurant at 3rd Floor - food is excellent!

Hello my name is Geldon Mesi, I recently stayed at Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. They say first impressions last and my stay is testament to that. I was welcomed so honourably upon checking in after experiencing such negative reception upon checking in elsewhere. Nothing was too much of an inconvenience for the staff here. They were always so busy and in demand however never seemed overwhelmed or flustered by the experience in fact. They were professional at all times and always with a smile. My last day of my stay was in fact my birthday and when I returned to the hotel at 11pm that evening there was one worker Hu sen who was at the hotel however off shift yet still made such an impressive effort in making my stay so very memorable as we shared great conversation. Amidst conversation I informed him it was my birthday, he then offered his own personal time to escort me around the city given hat I was alone. Not only did he do such an honourable task out of hours he also managed to order me a birthday cake without my knowledge and as soon as I arrived back to my hotel everyone was aware of my birthday and cheered me whilst ha delivering me this cake at 1am. I could not believe such a thoughtful gesture. It just goes to show the humanity that these staff members have towards not only their guests but human beings. I will not forget the worker's name is Hu Sen most memorable kind-hearted gesture, thank you Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel.
