Atour Hotels in Guangzhou

Thank God for Atour! What a lifesaver! For the price and service offered, Atour saved my trip to Guangzhou because you need to be careful when booking otehr hotels with similar or slightly cheaper price. Atour is clean, professional and amazing! Thank God for them! 🙏❤️

Hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. Some areas are newly renovated. Amenities were great. Staff 南仪 was very helpful during our 2-nights stay. Thank you

It was a great stay in Guangzhou. We got great sleep on the very comfortable beds, we enjoyed the spacious and spotless rooms, and we also had a wonderful view. The breakfast was a highlight, so definitely don’t skip!

This was our 1st time staying in Atours Hotel. We stayed for 4nights and we were impressed with the service provided by the team. Everyone in front desk was sincere, friendly, and helpful. The daily housekeeping does a great job by keeping the room clean and refill the mini-bar and amenities daily. They are thoughtful and gave us a late check out after knowing our flight was at midnight. The room was comfortable and clean with different types of pillow provided. The hotel provide laundry services for free (DIY). The hotel was near to metro Sanyuanli (blue line2) so it is convenient to go anywhere. The only cons will be the limited breakfast options.

Stayed in Atour before.. this is probably the below Par hotel... Location is in a new maybe 4 or 5 years old satellite town... Not convenience for any things except to walk or Private taxi to Fast or train station... Rooms are not Super big as in picture... Lobby on 3rd fl. Only 2 lifts to service the block.. ridiculous.... Concept.. Breakfast area is not big and the food varieties are not impressive either.... All most everything is overated... Not even a single staff could understand... ”Toilet” Just trying to go international, but sad it's not even close....it's better to get a hotel downtown, if you need the fast train there are cross line you could easy... The train connectivity is good... Plus Easy and plenty restaurants downtown...

Love this hotel not only the convenience with the robot deliver foods and beverage so quickly but also their staff are amazing especially for receptionist staff her Chinese name is Xuegao, she organized almost everything say for the morning breakfast they can pack it up for customers, cleaning room not just the room, they even fold your clothes, wash and dry it when you ask for. It’s definitely an all in one hotel! Appreciate it. Thanks!

This hotel provides excellent services. It is cozy and comfortable. The people are very helpful, kind, polite and professional. I brought my mother who is over 87 years old. She needs a wheelchair all time. We lived in ATour Light Hotel for more than 10 days. We are very lucky to have Yaohui, AnAn, Chengji and Yuzi etc. helped. They assisted me to take care of my mother and they specifically adjusted the room for her convenience. I am very thankful and greatly appreciated their assistance. The hotel is at a great location. The room is clean. The breakfast also is great. The transportation/subway is very accessible to every direction. Great people make a great hotel. Thank you so much the ATour Light Hotel. Comfortable bed and room. Great breakfast with western options. Laundry room is so convenient. Able to communicate in English. Helpful staff. I would stay there again

The AC is controlled at 22c. Can’t adjust no more. Very warm in the room. Informed staff to refill shower gel, called a few times from room but did not come at the end. Location was basically opposite 天字码头. 10mins bicycle ride to Beijing road pedestrian street 北京路步行街. One good thing is they have laundry room and laundry service. Just bring clothes down to the laundry room, inform them about your room number and staff will return with folded clothes hanging on your room door.

Hello my name is Geldon Mesi, I recently stayed at Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. They say first impressions last and my stay is testament to that. I was welcomed so honourably upon checking in after experiencing such negative reception upon checking in elsewhere. Nothing was too much of an inconvenience for the staff here. They were always so busy and in demand however never seemed overwhelmed or flustered by the experience in fact. They were professional at all times and always with a smile. My last day of my stay was in fact my birthday and when I returned to the hotel at 11pm that evening there was one worker Hu sen who was at the hotel however off shift yet still made such an impressive effort in making my stay so very memorable as we shared great conversation. Amidst conversation I informed him it was my birthday, he then offered his own personal time to escort me around the city given hat I was alone. Not only did he do such an honourable task out of hours he also managed to order me a birthday cake without my knowledge and as soon as I arrived back to my hotel everyone was aware of my birthday and cheered me whilst ha delivering me this cake at 1am. I could not believe such a thoughtful gesture. It just goes to show the humanity that these staff members have towards not only their guests but human beings. I will not forget the worker's name is Hu Sen most memorable kind-hearted gesture, thank you Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel.
