Atour Hotels in Guangzhou

We're a family of five with ages varying from 8 to 70. Staff at Atour Hotel listened to our requirements and accommodated to ensure a comfortable stay for us. The rooms assigned to us were beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were luxurious. It was truly a home away from home. The hotel entrance could be subtle from the street but the lobby around the corner from the entrance is quite a nice surprise. It's relaxing, bright, spacious and has a great modern vibe. Staff are constantly offering tea while the check-in process takes place. We had their complimentary late night supper and paid breakfast. Supper is limited but it does the job for anyone feeling peckish at night. Their breakfast has a good variety of both western and eastern styles, including sandwiches, fresh fruits, congee and condiments, doughnuts, croissants, varieties of vegetables, steamed dim sim and buns... these are only a few to name. I'm sure you'll find something from their range of food. My family thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast. P.S. Coffee was amazing too. We had to leave early on the last day to catch a flight and they packed Grab&Go breakfast for us at 6:30am. Thank you Atour!

Definitely One of the best hotel choices! The staff are friendly and amicale. They will be patient to solve our problems and give an informed advice. The room is clean and tidy. Not to mention the little surprise given by the hotel. What are the surprises? You have to find out yourself as I don’t want to be a spoiler!

Location was great , next to a street with lots all local foods . If you ever get food delivery , they send the food up to your room with a cute little robot .

This was our 1st time staying in Atours Hotel. We stayed for 4nights and we were impressed with the service provided by the team. Everyone in front desk was sincere, friendly, and helpful. The daily housekeeping does a great job by keeping the room clean and refill the mini-bar and amenities daily. They are thoughtful and gave us a late check out after knowing our flight was at midnight. The room was comfortable and clean with different types of pillow provided. The hotel provide laundry services for free (DIY). The hotel was near to metro Sanyuanli (blue line2) so it is convenient to go anywhere. The only cons will be the limited breakfast options.

What I like about this hotel is that the hotel is with modern design, tiles floor in the room, bright and clean. The reception is helpful to help with early check-in arrangement. The hotel also comes with free supper. Will definitely choose Atour again if I visit China again.

Good points and bad points. The hotel is really nice and it’s a new hotel, the shower pressure is really good along with the hair dryer where everything is reliable and good products. They leave fresh fruit everyday which is nice. Bad points really are the staff, they can be really rude and speak no English at all. They even struggle with translator. The room is a little bit small and our fridge didn’t work. However it is good for canton Faire and worth booking, I think if they changed their staff to more professional and had better service they will succeed more.

It was an ok hotel, but kinda pricey, I was expecting at least bigger room and bigger windows. I booked a room without a window and didn't know about it, the guy at reception upgraded it and I got a better room. I was also given two coupons for free coffee, the hotel has Starbucks coffee. Late check out was a pleasant bonus, so I slept longer, thanks.

Tiffany the front desk reception lady is excellent service and super friendly. I encounter a bad experience in the first check in room and was extremely dissatisfied due to the toilet sit was horrible. I complained to her and she upgraded me to another room. She paid attention to my situation and helpful . Another issue with the hotel is non smoking but there are peoples smoking around the lobby and room floor . Even I make a complaint to another front desk lady but she did not do anything.

Location is good. Service staff are warm. But I will not go for this room type again. The heater/ac are not working even if u adjust. Day time super hot Night time super cold. How to watch TV? Bcos of the layout, it feel catastrophic.

Hello my name is Geldon Mesi, I recently stayed at Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. They say first impressions last and my stay is testament to that. I was welcomed so honourably upon checking in after experiencing such negative reception upon checking in elsewhere. Nothing was too much of an inconvenience for the staff here. They were always so busy and in demand however never seemed overwhelmed or flustered by the experience in fact. They were professional at all times and always with a smile. My last day of my stay was in fact my birthday and when I returned to the hotel at 11pm that evening there was one worker Hu sen who was at the hotel however off shift yet still made such an impressive effort in making my stay so very memorable as we shared great conversation. Amidst conversation I informed him it was my birthday, he then offered his own personal time to escort me around the city given hat I was alone. Not only did he do such an honourable task out of hours he also managed to order me a birthday cake without my knowledge and as soon as I arrived back to my hotel everyone was aware of my birthday and cheered me whilst ha delivering me this cake at 1am. I could not believe such a thoughtful gesture. It just goes to show the humanity that these staff members have towards not only their guests but human beings. I will not forget the worker's name is Hu Sen most memorable kind-hearted gesture, thank you Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel.
