Atour Hotels in Guangzhou

We booked 2 rooms for family of 4 and we love the experience. Very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is awesome. They have great on site haier laundry, both washer and dryer. We will book atour again.

The hotel was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Not only does the design of the hotel inside make you feel smoothness, it oozes cleanliness. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay at the hotel. The hotel is much cheaper in between phases of the cantonfair (15 April - 5 May or September - October) We stayed for 2 nights initially and then extended for another 2 nights as we were attending the cantonfair. Our initial plan was to change to a hotel close to the fair but this hotel's rooms, ammeninities, breakfast and especially the bed was so comfortable. (FYI you get a memory pillow and a big regular pillow) The hotel is a bit hidden as the name on trip.com is different to what the hotel branded. The hotel name is Atour. I will add a video later on in the comments.

The hotel is surprisingly nice, the rooms are well equipped with all modern essentials, bath and bedding are very high quality. Laundry room is great for long term travellers. Strongly recommended!

The view and location were fantastic! Upon arrival one of the hotel staff pushed a luggage cart and cut my foot. They were so accommodating and added breakfast and room upgrade as well as taking care of my wound. They were also so accommodating to our baby. The laundry service was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Especially if you take a long trip, this service here is a life saver. Thank you for the amazing laundry service. In addition, the staff at the restaurant were extra catering to our baby. Thank you! We would definitely come back. Location: fantastic. 10 minute walk to the popular streets in Beijing road and also some of the best dim sum we have ever experienced. The picture is the view from our hotel room. Wow! Food: breakfast buffet was amazing. Western options also available at breakfast if you prefer. Evening congee and dumplings were also delicious. The experience of staying at the Atour Light Hotel during the May Day holiday was far beyond expectations, and I must give it a big thumbs up! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Kecun subway station, and it is extremely convenient to travel, whether it is to go to the Guangzhou Tower or visit other check-in spots. The moment I stepped into the room, I was attracted by the clean and warm environment. The most surprising thing was that the bedding was comfortable! Soft fabrics, fluffy duvets, and mattresses that fit the curves of the human body allow you to sleep peacefully every night, and the fatigue of the journey is swept away. Breakfast makes people feel happy. The signature Cantonese wonton noodles are delicious. The wontons are freshly wrapped, and there are many hot dishes to choose from. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I smelled the buttery aroma of baked waffles. After breakfast, the children insisted on packing a few waffles to eat on the way. The aunt in the restaurant helped us pack them enthusiastically. I especially want to praise the service of the hotel staff. From the enthusiastic guidance at the front desk to the caring greetings of the cleaning aunt, it makes people feel warm. When encountering problems, they can always respond quickly and solve them properly. The welcome fruit plate presented by the hotel is very exquisite, and I like it very much. It is very convenient to go to Guangzhou Tower, and it is very good for taking photos. This stay experience is perfect. The quality of Atour is really trustworthy. I strongly recommend it to everyone who comes to Guangzhou!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I returned because of its cleanliness, comfortable bedding, friendly reception staff, and the convenient free laundry service (staff assist with laundry at no charge). I was especially impressed by the reception team, who went above and beyond to help with my parcel delivery. Another plus is the variety of food options nearby, and it's just a 13-minute walk to the main shopping district, which makes it really convenient. However, one downside this time was that I was given a room facing the road. As a light sleeper, this did affect me, though my friend didn’t have any issues with it. Overall, I'll definitely be returning again.

Staffs at the reception counter are very helpful and friendly. We were given a free breakfast , breakfast was good . And the hotel has porridge supper free of charge for the staying guests! Awesome! Overall very satisfied with the hotel. Hotel reception area is nicely decorated. Only disadvantage is the hotel near the main road without proper entrance for car pickup n drop off ! Recommended 👍

We're a family of five with ages varying from 8 to 70. Staff at Atour Hotel listened to our requirements and accommodated to ensure a comfortable stay for us. The rooms assigned to us were beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were luxurious. It was truly a home away from home. The hotel entrance could be subtle from the street but the lobby around the corner from the entrance is quite a nice surprise. It's relaxing, bright, spacious and has a great modern vibe. Staff are constantly offering tea while the check-in process takes place. We had their complimentary late night supper and paid breakfast. Supper is limited but it does the job for anyone feeling peckish at night. Their breakfast has a good variety of both western and eastern styles, including sandwiches, fresh fruits, congee and condiments, doughnuts, croissants, varieties of vegetables, steamed dim sim and buns... these are only a few to name. I'm sure you'll find something from their range of food. My family thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast. P.S. Coffee was amazing too. We had to leave early on the last day to catch a flight and they packed Grab&Go breakfast for us at 6:30am. Thank you Atour!

Hotel room and lobby was beautiful and very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than the check in time and we were given access to the room. The hotel robot is super convenient, delivering food orders to your door. Highly recommended for a stay in Panyu.
